We booked Merseyview apartments in Liverpool Bedford rd, There was no electricity to the kitchen sockets for the whole of our stay, initially messages were responded to but then completely ignored. We had babies and children, shocking service from Booking.com and Merseyview Dodgy plug sockets hanging off skirting boards, no way on this earth has it passed safety regulations.
Purchased a K4 from Argos a few days ago, we previously had the K5 which was a fantastic machine but for me personally was too powerful to use, i have a bad back and the pressure from it made my back worse it also broke after around 15 months and not much usage, after much research we purchased the smaller K4 thinking it would be easier for me to use however it doesn’t even get the moss out from between the bricks on the drive, will Argos refund? A big fat NO! As its been used, fuming!!!!!

We're very sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with both your K5 and now your new K4 pressure washer. We understand your disappointment, especially when trying to find a machine suitable for your needs due to your back condition.
It's concerning that your K5 broke down so quickly, and we sincerely apologize that its power proved too much for you. We also regret that your new K4 isn't effectively removing moss from your driveway, and that Argos has declined a refund due to it being used.
The K4 is designed to be less powerful than the K5, making it more manageable for many users, but it still provides strong cleaning capabilities for tasks like removing moss. The effectiveness can sometimes depend on the specific nozzle being used and the technique. For moss removal between bricks, the Dirt Blaster nozzle (rotary jet) is usually the most effective, as it combines high pressure with a rotating action. However, it should be used with care as it's very powerful. Alternatively, a T-Racer surface cleaner attachment (often sold separately or included in "Home" kits) is excellent for driveways, offering powerful and even cleaning with less splash-back, and often adjustable pressure.
Paid £300 for Lifeshine polish and something else was applied, This is fraud, Had 2 recalls, the car was already suffering through the recall fault, engine has failed we have lost £10,000, vile behaviour.
