Complete Fraud - Multiple complaints filed
Complete Fraud! I had a signed contract with SHS and paid a deposit. As soon as that was complete, I got a message saying I needed to pay more to get a driver. I refused and escalated to their "support" who said they would take care of it at the price quoted.
After that, it was messages every day saying they were "working on it" and "we'll have someone today". Complete lies.
I went with a competitor (Hippo Haul) who completed everything, including a cross-country haul (WA to IA), in 3 days total.
I've filed a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Disputed the Credit Card Charge, and more. Next is notifying the Attorney General in their state.
I wish I had found Hippo Haul first, because they actually did the job.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Our records indicate that you approved the carrier arrangement, but when the carrier was on the way, you stopped responding to our communications and proceeded with another company.
