Quality items punctually delivered and the goods work well and as described. Have bought from this Vendor a number of times and have always been happy with my purchases.

I had issues with an entity named Ozoric to which Ozoori is connected. Contact with these entities is challenging as with Ozoric, you only have support@ozoric as the go-to channel for contact. I have been trying to get a refund for Ozoric since May 2026 when they supplied goods [AI enabled glasses] which were not fit for purpose but which were marketed on Facebook with some very slick video. Ozoori then entered the fray and asked me to relate my issues. They responded as follows:

Despite responding without delay, I have heard nothing further from either entity regarding my refund, so the "failure to communicate" seems endemic to both entities. This is appalling behaviour from an online retailer when genuine refund requests that comply with their refund policies are just IGNORED. Shame on both of them. I am now having to pursue the matter with my credit card issuer in an effort to secure recompense. Consumers be warned about dealing with these people.

This company is linked to Ozoric with which I have had a truly appalling experience in terms of goods supplied which were fraudulently mis-described and not fit for purpose. I was then strung out for several months in trying to get a refund, which is something I am still pursuing. Consumers beware of ordering anything from Ozoric as they are plain and simply fraudsters who should not be in business.

I have had to use 1 star but in reality, it would be -10. What a dreadful company from which to buy goods. I ordered in good faith via their FB ad for AI-enabled spectacles. There were significant delays in the order arriving from China. Their order tracking did not work. What I eventually got arrived in a shabby plastic bag, a damaged box and with items simply not fit for purpose. I immediately notified them by email back in May 2026 since which time I have been trying to secure a refund. I have been told by one Sophie Carter that my refund request had been passed to their Refund Team. I have twice filled out their online Refund application form with uploaded photographs showing the shabby state of the goods. All they have done is stall. I have had not one single acknowledgement or reply from their "Refund Team". I am taking the matter up with Facebook because their advertising was both dishonest and deceitful, and I intend to pursue my refund request via court action if necessary. I would advise ALL consumers to beware of dealing with this shambles of an online retailer. They should not be in business if this is how they treat their customers.

I was initially sceptical after having looked at a variety of calling apps but Calltuv looked to be one of the better options. I am glad that I finally picked it. It has worked perfectly for me for calls from Thailand to the UK at a very modest cost. It is particularly valuable for reaching old friends who have not embraced new calling technology such as WhatsApp, Messenger, or Line, so that calls can be placed to both landlines [they do still exist!] and mobile phones. ALL IN ALL, A GOOD SELECTION.
