If you get behind they will not work with you unlike what their site says. Only option is a"promise to pay". Awful company, they need to help people get back on track. Stuck with this loan for over a year and would never recommend with the awful customer service.

Worst company you could ever imagine dealing with. They are completely unorganized and will send you a bill at anytime with duplicate amounts they "missed" on the last bill. Each bill is unexpected and they only give you 10 days to pay and a small extension if youre able to. Very unprofessional company, all tenants will hate this service. Avoid at all costs!

Use only for emergencies. They are charging me $60.00 every two weeks just to show me my statement and what I owe. Very hard to pay off the principal.

Very hard to pay off the principal.......They will not give any payment extensions of any kind, so don't bother asking. I live in Indiana and they said they don't offer extensions in my state? Shark Loan.

Don’t Buy! Completely wronged and won!! I never write reviews but wanted to share. First off they will trick you with bogus tracking number so follow this.....1st step go to UPS.com make a profile and make a claim. (Ask for confirmation of address and seller of the tracking number) this will take possibly a week to get emailed back to you....2nd find your email from paypal receipt with the bs seller that states the tracking number they provided and your address with paypal......3rd use both files and/or pictures to start a resolution dispute or problem with paypal and choose item never received. With that you should be getting a refund in 3-5 days.
I HATE SCAMMERS!!! Good Luck!
