We need a 0 star option. First and last time using instacart. Absolute travesty - ordered from wegmans and they use instacart. I’m sending them this link as Wegmans is an amazing grocery and they dirty their reputation with a partnership with instacart. My one and only time straying from UBER eats - never again!

I've had a hip replacement and while the surgery appears to have gone fine, the post operative care borders on making patients unsafe - if not already having crossed that line. There is perilously poor communication, lack of deep understanding of total patient health, lack of quality and accurate documentation in portals. An unbelievably unnerving experience which has left me thinking I need to scurry somewhere else for my left hip surgery - there is very little "care" being provided at Penn Medicine.

love the product but after 3 months the battery would only hold a very short charge. customer service was exceptional
and they’ve sent a replacement! very efficient and nice - great product and service.

I'm with the other two commenters who showed up first - their markup should be illegal. I did a back of the napkin (and I've run 100M P&L in manufacturing and while I don't know their exact costs, i bring this up as I'm making a very educated guess - 35 years education in pricing, etc!) their markup is minimum 400% and likely closer to 700%. They are the reason Americans have a bad reputation - with each other! There should be laws against this kind of userous pricing. But sadly there don't seem to be and greed continues its march over humanity. SMH.

This has to be the worst customer service out there. All I'm trying to do is validate an amount on a gift card before I make the trip to a store. First I go online - doesn't work. I call the number listed online, IVR doesn't work and keeps hanging up on me. Finally I call customer service main number - I'm now on hold and just listening to music - the absolute worst and most wasteful nonsense.

Loved this place - ease of getting to and from The airport; car safe and secure; even better tho? On their website they have a video showing exactly where to turn to get to their lot. JFK can be a little confusing for those of us who travel there to travel from it and I appreciated the ease of knowing exactly where I was in the early hours I dropped off my car. Starts a long trip off well!

Not sure what’s going on but my gut tells me scam. I ordered a duvet cover two weeks ago. My card was charged. Every single day since then I get two sometimes four emails send within nano seconds of each other the first one says “your order has been shipped” and immediate after the second email says “your order is awaiting shipment”. Calling the 800 number just rings busy. Looking up the company in WhoIs of course Chinese company with an Allentown PA address. I wouldn’t buy from these people - no product and no way to reach them and misrepresent who they are.

the rudest - most inept - unaccountable - worst service experience ever (unless you're comparing to Dell, HP, Apple and Acer - wait they're all in a mad race to the bottom). Shoddy Manufacturing; sketchy warranty; absolutely the worst tech support in Atlanta - literally I'm on hold for an hour already been bounced around 5 times.

Can't telln if the product is any good because the shipping is messed up. Sent in three boxes - only two arrived. It's a sofa I can't use. Seems to be Fedex's fault (as usual) - that said, neither Sofamania nor Fedex have fixed this in a timely manner with the customer in mind. Both organizations have said "oh well - we'll have to get on this Monday as all shipping locations are closed for the weekend." That's this morning's news when I woke up to get back at it - had they resolved this two days ago when i started calling I'd have a sofa by now.
