Sloppy customer service
Recently I experienced a 2 and a quarter hour oil change and tire rotation and, yes, I had an appointment and they knew that I was waiting. I also sent a complaint to the Westwood location a week ago but haven’t heard back. Maybe they don’t care but that would be a shame, as I’m a longtime customer
