Original review on 6/11/19, 1 Star: I was happy to run across Anthem Sports to order a set of PUGG soccer goals for my son to use during our recent vacation. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong size goals and was unable to use them. I've been trying to get assistance to correct this matter and so far the experience is lackluster. Responses to my emails are slow and lacking in content, and it seems I have to send reminder emails to get any attention. I hope things improve soon and I will be happy to revamp my review at that time, but given that I was sent the wrong item and am currently having a poor corrective action experience, I cannot rate any higher than 1 star. Thank you for this feedback request and I appreciate your help in correcting my order very soon.

Great company with an impressive selection of bike products. I order from Jenson frequently. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the lack of free returns like some competitors offer.
