My case manager is named Marie and she is phenomenal. She always answers my calls, helps me with questions and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of. I am completely satisfied!

Everything about ordering my images, from beginning to finish and then receiving my pictures.

Everything about Heirloom Roses is wonderful. The pictures of roses, each roses’ information, the instruction videos, the personal responses to inquiries and questions. The roses are packaged safely, are shipped quickly and arrive healthy and ready for planting. If one does exactly as instructed by Heirloom Roses, one will have beautiful roses.

I am so happy with my experience with Heirloom Roses! I am super excited about the 2 roses I received. They were packaged and shipped in a secure box to prevent damage and I got them planted as the video planting instructions indicated. I am looking forward to spring and their awakening. Thank you!!

I like how I received emails telling me of the arrival of my roses at the post office. I like how they are packages to prevent injury. The roses are healthy and beginning to respond after planting. I like the detailed video planting instructions, and the multiple informative videos offered. I feel Heirloom provides so much information that I’m confident I will have success with my first roses. I’m very pleased!

I really enjoy dealing with ThriftBooks! I am very satisfied with everything.

I like everything about using ThriftBooks. I've found all but 1 book I've wanted. I love the convenience of being able to go to one source and dealing with one dependable, trustworthy business. The site is very user friendly and the books I've ordered are always in good condition and arrive in a timely manner. The one time I contacted customer service with a question, I received a quick response and was pleased with the way they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I plan to continue to use ThriftBooks and highly recommend them if you want an honest, reliable, dependable source for books.
