Huge processing fees added at checkout

I had a processing fee equal to the total cost of my 8 boxes of contacts added to my order. That's a 100% markup from the price they're advertising online.

Web site said my item was in stock, they charged my card and then wrote to me saying it was backordered.

The web site said my item was in stock, my card was charged and then they emailed me saying it wasn't in stock and suggested another item I didn't want.

Good prices and shipping. Web site has some broken links but no big deal.

Ordered an item that was listed as in stock. I got a confirmation email but nothing after that. Order status page on their site didn't work. Chat didn't work. Tried to email and then got an automated email that said "Due to an issue with our shipping service, we were unable to fulfill your order."

My contract states "National Gas & Electric, LLC will contact you no later than 30 days before each automatic renewal to notify you of your supply options". They never contacted me and I've checked my spam folder. Nothing via USPS mail. They played me by leaving the low rate in place for a couple months after the contract ended and then suddenly jacking it up more than 2x what it was before. You might say it's my bad for not reminding myself to check it but no matter what it's a breach of contract.

They used to be great but after COVID their customer service went way way downhill. Got totally fed up with long on hold times and constant mistakes and finally just gave up and cancelled completely.

Paid fifty bucks and all I got were a bunch of scammers that were promising to overnight me checks by mail sight unseen. What a waste of time and money. They don't make it easy to report scammers you have to email them instead of simply flagging the responses. For such a high price for this service they should police their platform a lot better.

This is a scam pretending to be the legit vehiclehistory.com site by adding "the" to the URL. Scam auto buyer tried to trick me into putting in my personal information.

I've been with RCN for years. I often get 300+ Mbps but I'm only paying for 250. Service is very reliable. They always keep their prices lower than Comcast.

These processing fees are not allowed by the google shopping terms of service.

I found really good prices on contacts at google shopping but when I clicked through, added the items to my cart and went to checkout they tried to add an $87 fee.

Jobspring Partners repeatedly called my work line and refused to stop calling. They were usually rude but on one particular call a woman asked to be transferred to our hiring manager and when I refused saying that we don't employ recruiters she actually threatened to call everyone at my company, extension by extension, until we gave her what she wanted. I ended up having to ask our IT department to permanently block their number.
