I recently purchased the Freesky Swift Horse Ultra and have been really impressed with both the bike's performance and the company's customer service. When I initially had questions about speed settings and a minor issue with a brake rotor, Jensen from their support team was extremely quick to assist and sent over a replacement right away. Everything is running smoothly now with zero rubbing issues. Outstanding service and support—highly recommend!

Payment through the text messaging is bit troublesome

I ordered a simply gallery photo book, looks very nice. And I uploaded all the photos from my phone, it’s very clear.
