Ordered an industrial fan I really needed for air filtration shop shop projects. 10 days later hadn’t shipped, no email, no phone call. Called and they confirmed it hadn’t shipped yet, had them cancel and just ordered from Amazon.
Amazon gets criticized but then other businesses when give the chance drop the ball.
Now I have one more chore to keep an eye on credit card bill to ensure the refund goes through.

Super fast to respond to all inquires, super fast service, friendly, helpful to the extreme, and also has a great sense of humor. Prices are also very good - on par with a big vendor like backcountry.com, but with better service. You really can't ask for more.
