The product works well and as advertised. The adjustable height is extremely helpful. I rated it as a four because it does take some effort to push it through the grass and the basket fills up extremely fast when a moderate to heavy amount of leaves are on the ground. The basket is easy to remove, but I found myself making more trips to empty the basket than I anticipated.
