If there were a negative rating option, I would give negitive 5 stars.
I booked the cab through Ola, and the fare shown at the time of booking was ₹458. However, after reaching the destination, the driver asked me to pay ₹600, saying that the Ola app is only used for booking and that the actual fare is ₹25/km.
If drivers can charge a different amount from the fare shown in the app, then there is no point in using Ola. This is extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed.
