Bought 2 19x 19round magazines from them. Both base plate have bad defects in them. Reached out to customer service and sent pictures. Was told it was not their problem and to contact Glock directly. Horrible company only interested in your money. Have ordered countless things from them this last year. First time I have a issue as a loyal customer I am told that it isnt their problem.
