It doesn't get better than this!
My purchase was extremely well packaged, shipped the next day after the order was placed, arrive across the country in a reasonable amount time. Everything was exactly as you would expect dealing with a local company at the top of their game. Not to mention their shipping prices are half of their competitors and their products are the best price too!

A couple hiccups but good customer service resolution
We had a couple of hiccups getting the lights shipped and delivered, but David was able to step in and make it happen.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We weren’t able to find a team member named David in customer support here at TRC, so we want to make sure your experience is properly addressed. For reference, we ship with UPS and FedEx, which our team confirmed before your order was placed. If this review was meant for TRC Electronics and any part of your order fell short, please contact our customer service team directly so we can look into it and make it right.

I canceled our order a few minutes…
I canceled our order a few minutes after ordering and asked not to ship but they shipped anyway so now I have a restocking fee and shipping back cost I was going to buy a lot of chargers with more amps for future contracts
September 14, 2026
Reply from TRC Electronics
We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. When we received your cancellation request, the order had already entered our shipping process and could no longer be stopped before shipment. We offered to accept the return and waived our standard restocking fee during the return/refund process.
We understand that the parts ordered were not the correct fit for your application, and our team has been actively working with you to identify chargers with the appropriate amperage for your future requirements. We value the opportunity to support your projects and remain available to help you select the right solution.
