Did click and collect went to the store told the person that I'd done a click and collect showed him my email and he fetch my order and helped me to put it in the car boot can't beat that for service

Unbelievable customer service
Unbelievable customer service! I called about a laptop that was showing as no longer being in stock. Customer service was able to locate 1 left in one of their stores and it was reserved for me. All I had to do was pick it up. They called me back to confirm, they sent me emails to confirm and I feel very well looked after. Rohan and Liz are a credit to the company!

Very helpful but also more importantly, very knowledgeable staff. We've bought fridges freezers tv's washing machine dryer toaster kettle,you name it. Always got great service and advice. Had to return an item once and there was no quibble, just a straight forward replacement no arguments. Couldn't be happier. It's why we keep going back.
