So I ordered a battery and unfortunately it was a manufacturing defect from an external brand yet then they went and gave me a full refund including shipping then also let me keep the battery, and all of this took about 10 minutes.

Trade support member Christopher is one of the best customer service workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, helped me with everything I needed, he was polite and patient honestly amazing.

Also parts and prices are spot on like only recently just starting using replacebase but feel it will be a long relationship

This business is usually great but on this occasion things are a bit of a mess. I ordered the correct replacement battery and the product that turned up carried that sku number but was 25% bigger than my phone. Returns arrangements uncertain but eventually wrong item returned and accepted. Since then nothing has happened. Hoping for a correct part to be shipped but couple of months and no updated. A bit let down this time if you ship the wrong product despite correct order details you should be getting things rolling the issue is stock control so sort it out.

Ordered a replacement battery for my Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra on their website 6 months ago. The delivery service was good and the item came well packed but the battery seems like not genuine. The replacement battery drains quickly which I thought will improve after doing the recommended battery cycling but it did not. It's been 6 months now since I put this battery on my phone as a replacement battery, now the battery is overheating and drains more quickly. Not happy with my purchase at all.

Issues with customs charges as items ordered through their .eu domain came via a UK-based warehouse. Although I didn't receive my package due to refusal to pay customs charges, their customer service was quick to respond and gave a full refund. Good company; would recommend.

They sent me a faulty item. Want me to take my phone screen back off, send it back then have to pay someone to replace the faulty screen they sent me. Once I have sent proof to them it is faulty they have completely ignored me. Do not use

Using replace base was a great and simple cost effective way to replace parts on my iPhone using very good reclaimed parts from other damaged items. Excellent delivery times and fantastic replacement parts! I would most definitely recommend using them and I will most certainly be using them again. I hate to one-star a seller for delivery, but the item (replacement battery) was sent out several days late, and wasn't delivered. The reason given was "refusal" by the courier (DPD) which really winds me up!!! I was in all day and no one tried to deliver it at all. Then Replace Base emailed me to say the item is back in their warehouse (email received at the same time DPD said they were trying to deliver it, so I suspect it never left the depot?) and if I still wanted it, I'd need to place another order. So I'd need to outlay another £65 before the first £65 is refunded (3-5 working days). Customer service are responding quite quickly, but with very short answers and are unapologetic. So nine days on from my original order, I have no battery and RB still have my money.

The LCD screen does indeed look like an original part as claimed. I changed out a cracked screen on the MOTO G54 5G.

Hi, I bought a PS5 cable which was shipped quickly and packaged very carefully to avoid any damage. DPD couldn't deliver it on the first attempt, but I arranged for delivery to a nearby shop. Very pleased and will definitely order again in the future, thank you very much! 5 stars...
