I've ordered varied varieties of nuts in shells from nuts.com, and I've always been pleased. I find the prices reasonable and the customer service outstanding. Shipment is prompt, and they keep track of shipments and deliveries. Best of all, the nuts are superb! Highly recommended.

I've used nuts.com for over 4yrs and everything was fine, food service great shipping, however I'm the last few months they have changed how the delivery is made when shipping with not using USPS but a Uber type. They have also either changed their eco system data base because they added my previous address in a different state and shipped product there. When I notified them of wrong delivery they replied no worries we will reship. Wanted me to verify correct address. Long story short it never happened they continued to say shipping is either already delivered(wrong address) or verify again. Part of the problem also is they basically force you to checkout with Shop! Listen everyone you shield never use that method your information is not safe that way. Regardless they have a serious disconnect and I had a very hard time understanding the lady In customer service about refunding my money which was not much, I wouldn't have messed with it except for all the 7 conflicting emails exchanged. Not 100% sure but everything appeared and sounded like outsourcing. Also good luck in trying to delete your account information on the website. Nuts.com ships super fast, usually two days, door-to-door (I'm in Upstate New York). I have tried nine of their products, candies and nuts and I liked them all. I will continue to order from them and continue to try new things.
Reading their google reviews shows me people doing them dirty, i.e. a one-star review because the Post Office left the package unsecured in an alley. That's Nuts.com's fault?

I LOVE The Shipping! GREAT Tasting Products! Keep It Nutty!

Their products are always first-rate and as described. A deal was offered within the order form to buy a second of an item for a good discount, so I ordered the second. My discount didn't come up (I didn't pay attention to see that.) They are honest enough of a company that they did and refunded what the discount should have been. I've also now contacted customer service about another matter and it was resolved immediately. What an ethical company with a superior product!!! My favorite is the Chocolate Cinnamon Pecans followed closely with dark chocolate covered almonds and huge cherries. Give them a try.

i have used NUTS.com for over 15yrs and i trust every product to be fresh and fulfill my expectations. also, i use their Subscribe & Save for items i need to refill often / every 90 days. name a few items: pistachios(FRESH), beet powder, pea protein, bee powder, more!!!

The customer service was great throughout the process, and I had an issue with my order and applying a new Customer discount and having to cancel things and move them around. Even with the complexity, they made it very easy. The nuts were also a great gift and my dad loved them.

Nuts.com is just fantastic,the verity of items - Huge ,compairative prices, & fast delivery or scheduled auto ship,email discounts, & Customer care Dep. top notch. & they have Heat protection packs & cold packs in addition ,for Hot Weather delivery ,ide 100% recomend them as my ' go- to Co. for sweets & my Coffee specials. ( no animals were harmed in this message)

I’ve been a long time customer of Nuts.com, but haven’t bought from them recently since they’ve become pricey. I was hankering salted pumpkin seeds and placed an order for 4 lbs. recently. What I received shocked me as in the past their seeds were big, plump and tasty. The latest batch of seeds were uniformly small and unevenly salted. My last bag (and all previous ones of this batch) had huge chunks of fused salt . Almost on ounce of useless material. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say these were coming from overseas (China? Temu?). Caveat Emptor, folks.

Have been ordering from them for years; I buy mostly from their organic selection but navigating their website for ordering is fun & easy; their food items have been nothing but stellar and they offer free shipping for ordering different amounts at different times from $49 up to $75. They offer electronic gift cards too; I just bought one to share with a friend for their birthday and they loved it, loved ordering from nuts.com and thoroughly enjoyed their choices. I’ve never encountered a problem with this company; the only downside I recently have had is some of the items I loved & use to be able to order from them are no longer available but other than that they are a fun company to order from and their offers are delicious, numerous, and versatile and come in reusable bags and containers so nothing needs to be transferred unless one wants to. I recommend that everyone who is able to, give them a try at least once. 😋😋

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was a customer for at least 10 years. Bought their Jasmine tea for years through a subscription. So i notice I'm getting low on tea but theres nothing coming in. I check their website... Jasmine tea is gone. I can live with this as there may be business reasons for that. But here's how they tell me. Nothing... No notification no nothing. I checked my subscriptions and its gone along with all history. Gee thanks. I guess I'm moving on. They could care less. So i guess we are good. This is how business is conducted there.

Nuts.com is an outstanding company! They stand behind their product and their product is 2nd to none! Addictive! I can't recommend them more than I do! Simply the very best!

Customer Support Representative was courteous, friendly and quick to determine what needed to be done. Not only did she have a replacement order sent ASAP, she also gave me some credit towards a future order, due to the inconvenience.

I have ordered from this company 3-4 times a year. Always have a great experience, fast shipping and a great product. All was great until now!!! I placed an order on 9/26 received an email on 9/27 stating the order shipped. In checking the status, only the label was printed. I contacted customer support on 9/28 asking about the status, seeing only a printed label. I was told to wait 48 hours and I should have the order. Sounded reasonable. On 9/30 I checked my order....still says label printed no movement. I contact they again, they stated wait 48 hours. Also they ask to verify my address I contacted them on 10/2 again only label printed. Customer service said they would contact the shipper. I was also told that if I do not receive my order by 10/3 to contact the. On 10/4 I contacted again, they once again asked to confirm my address. They also stated they were going to ship a new order. I ask for a new order number. As of right now no updates! As mentioned above, I have bought from them with great success in the past, Used to be when you order they had a delivery date and it was always on time. The last order was delayed by 2 days off their stated delivery date not bad. I know they used to ship USPS or UPS, last order that was late was shipped via Amazon. This last order that is MIA supposed was shipped CDL. In my opinion, nuts.com is having financial issues, thus the delay of deliveries. My hunch is they are not paying their shipping invoices and have to bounce around to different vendors. Thus if you place an order with them, in my humble opinion you are gambling, you may not receive your order and they could close their business

Customer service was great! Quality of nuts was exceptional. I had walnuts and Brazil nuts from another company and walnuts had an aftertaste so I decided to try nuts.com. What a difference in taste! I will continue doing business with nuts.com.

Excellent products and excellent customer service. They truly are dedicated to their jobs. Really do appreciate the resolution to issues I’ve had. Done immediately and without any hesitation.

My experience so far have been great! Once the orders have arrived I open them and tasted everything. They all taste/tasted great.

Ordered on 9/27. Received an e-mail on 9/28 stating it was shipped and would arrive on 9/29. When it did not arrive I contacted company. They blamed the shipping and assured it would arrive on 10/01. It did not and I contacted company again. Once more they only apologized and said they would investigate. I didn’t want apologies or platitudes. I just wanted my order which was to be a gift(too late now). As of 10/03 no order and no further response from nuts. com. They talk a good game but do not deliver. Very disappointing.
