I played tennis from 35 years and its the firts time that ai have had a bad experience with a a brand tennis shoes and expensive K Swiss model of 140e. After 6 moths of normal playing (2 times per week) they were broken inside at the back side, the tipical part that it happened to some people but after 1/1.5 year. The Shop and the brand didn t face up, they ignored me so very unhappy with the experience and brand.

Shoe tongue detached from the shoe in less than a month. Kswiss' customer service claimed I caused the problem. Never had this happened before from decades of wearing tennis shoes. Quality & customer service no longer a thing with this company!

My fist experience with a pair of K-swiss shoes was in the mid 1990s. I was given a second hand pair that were so comfortable and durable that I haven't bought any other brand since. I wear one of the three different colors that I own as my exclusive work and casual shoe.... until now!! I have a leather pair (which is the only style I own) that developed a tear, near the big toe, soon after I bought them.
Endless back and forth emails with the company have given my no compassion or satisfaction.
I will probably never buy another KSwiss anything and now wear RBX and Puma.
I've been a loyal and return customer for over 30 years without ever having a problem, always got compliments and bragged about my K-swiss shoes. Now I have a new story to tell...one of dissatisfaction of the product and customer service.

I had a great experience with k-swiss us. The shoes are comfortable, well-maid, and have a classic style that works for everyday wear. I really like the quality for the price, and they feel durable enough for regular use.

Shoes wear out too fast. Customer service manager Patrick not helpful. Warranty replacement policy is not on par with poor quality of Shoes. Shoes this bad should have lifetime replacement or be discontinued. Do not buy K Swiss Ultra shot Shoes. Customer call center employees are not affiliated with K Swiss so they don't care about the companies product or reputation. So sad

I ordered size 10.5 from the website. I know what I clicked. They sent me size 6.5. Like I can't even fit in those shoes. They sent me an email saying thats what I clicked. No I clicked 10.5. Then when I clicked exchange for a different size, they don't even have 10.5 in that color anymore. They need to hire better IT to fix their ordering. My dad was a kswiss man until he passed. I was a kswiss man but kswiss really inconvenienced me. Because my wife opened the package and destroyed the box it came it it costed me even more money just to send them back for a refund. It costed me 9 dollars to buy a box from ups. I will consider kswiss again if they give me 9 dollars for my next order, if not then me and my family will never be inconvenienced by kswiss ever again. For now on we will just buy shoes at a shoe store, they never charge you shipping if you buy stores at your local shoe store.

Order returned in February, still haven't gotten refund. What an awful experience. Running a dispute now through paypal..

Love the brand quality since 2005

Don’t waste your time or money on these shoes. Ordered the K-Frame pickleball shoes a couple months ago. I play 3 days per week and the soles are completely worn through. Not even 3 months of regular play. Stay away. Customer service said it appeared to be normal wear and tear. Switching my brand allegiance and trying to save you the headache.

Unfortunately, the shoes I purchased didn't work.
The tongue and top laces rubbed my ankle. The return was easy. Up to this point everything went well. The return was confirmed 3/27 and would be up to 10 days for my account to be credited. It has been 21 working days with no credit to my account. What has happened?

Customer service was GREAT! I was able to talk to the same person about my order every time I called. He was so nice and helpful and was happy to fix my order. However I had to order a second pair bc they shipped the wrong ones. Unfortunately I'm still waiting on my refund and my other shoes. I've had this style shoe before and would definitely recommend these shoes to my friends and family if I could ever get the right pair and get my refund.
