Great quality canvas artwork.
The best part of my experience is that the quality of the canvas picture that I got was better than I thought it would be. Even up close it still looks good.
At one point, I talked to customer service about timeframe for delivery and he was very helpful and very nice. He of course didn’t make any promises, but helped me talk things through. I’m very happy with your customer service!
The only negative thing about the whole experience was the canvas was made much faster than the website or any guesstimate. Instead of taking 5 to 7 days to make, it took 2 days! I had a whole week off from work and wanted this delivery to happen during that time, but it didn’t. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home the day that it was delivered. I worked with FedEx the best I could and had it delivered someplace else. There were about 3 days was very nervous and worried about what was happening with my canvas.
I am very happy with my purchase, though!

I would change 1 thing, put the hanging hardware on the frame! The screws are nice, however most households have screws.

This is my 4th Jo Grundy work
This is my 4th Jo Grundy work. The other 3 are on canvas, this time I went for the wood thinking more texture for the wall. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived as it looked fresh done and the colors seemed a bit blurry plus the scene didn’t wrap around the edges. It seems like this particular piece would do best on canvas.

I have recently purchased multiple pieces from them. 2 were left at the end of the driveway, in cardboard boxes, in the pouring rain. No, they were not wrapped in plastic. Cardboard, rain and art. Hmm. They told me that they sub out the shipping, hence it's not their fault. Nonsense. As the supplier, you simply give your shipping company special instructions dealing with potential problems like this. Sure the delivery company can still mess up. However I Canvas has made no indication that they have given their shippers any guidance as to delivering art in cardboard, in the rain.
