My experience trough check24 has been nothing but chaotic and super frustrating.
I decided to do my cellphone contracts trough them I unfortunately I chose te company HIGH, first I been without my phone number for a month, then they solved it. Now I decided to cancel my contract to move to another provider and use the cancelation option in my check24 account. They requested the cancelation for 30/11 when today is 08/10. I'm absolutely tired frustrated of calling call centers. If you have a handy contract with them hope with all your heart your cellphone won be stole or broke because you are not gonna have your number for a while. Sick of this

My overall experience with Felix2Go was excellent. A special mention goes to Pawet Wilinski at the counter. His service was excellent—very friendly, cooperative, helpful, and professional. His positive attitude made the whole experience much better.
The car was very clean, and the staff member who handed it over was also friendly and explained everything clearly. The whole process was simple and well organized. I would happily use Felix2Go again.
