We bought the extendable camp table light and one of the electric refrigerators! Both have been great products so far. We had some, what we thought were technical issues with the fridge - turns out it was operator error but customer service kept the chat open for days until we figured it out! Great response and so far great products!

I am going camping in our van soon and needed to keep food items cold ,this little unit is perfect for me.

I bought the BougeRV PC35 PRO portable air conditioner with 1.0 kW (3,500 BTU) cooling capacity + carrying case. The unit does what it’s supposed to and is now working perfectly. It’s absolutely sufficient for small campers, such as a VW bus. It could be a bit quieter, but the value for the price works for me. The customer support deserves special mention. The unit had been damaged by the delivery service. After I sent two photos, the unit was replaced free of charge without any hassle and in no time at all. Thanks again, Wenny, for your help!

The panels are great and got me around my fear of drilling holes in the roof. 70 mph, no issues. They performed well throughout the day and in various conditions. And the free fan, a gimmick I was sure, is actually fantastic and I am really glad you gave it to me, the battery lasts forever!

Amazing customer service from BougeRV. I bought a portable AC from them to take home with me in Dubai. The airline did not accept it as a luggage due to refrigerant. Bouge RV willingly accepted it back and gave me a refund. I love this company for their professionalism.

i did not order this unit. you just charge it when i was checking it out. i wanted to order a frige with a battery, and got busy and you charge my credit card you had on file.

Purchased a battery powered 30 quart cooler. Shipping was very quick. Cooler/freezer Works 100% as advertised! Cools down very quickly and maintains set temp well. Very quiet , we hardly notice it inside the vehicle when on trips. Very low power draw too. This can run off your cars 12 volt outlet or a small power station. I used a Duracell power station along with a 100 watt solar panel charging the power station to run it on a weekend camping trip. At the end of our 2 day trip , my power station was still at 88% with this cooler set to 36 degrees F the entire time. Love it. Highly recommend !

Love my little fridge that keeps my drinks cold on hot days working outside.

Fridge i bought works fine. Only used it once. The lamp i bought holds up too. I bought these items for winter camping and haven't tested properly, but I'm sure they will be fine. Made very well

The product is fine. The customer service is responsive but ridiculous. Was a problem shipping. Multiple tracking numbers for 1 package. Multiple shipping companies used. Had to go and physically pick up the product. Box was moderately damaged. Used once and would not return. Sent pics and was told due to dust and a scratch. Well, there is no scratch and the dust is because it sits in a garage. The cooler is definitely boujee but can it take a beating and actual use, not in my opinion.

had to return the ac because it used way too much power. they made me take pictures first and made the return as difficult as possible

So far both the fridge and diesel heater work great!

I had a problem with a battery and after trying to reset the battery and failing to make it work again, customer service has sent me a new battery out. Quick responses and help, and finally a replacement when the attempts to reset the battery failed. You cannot ask for better customer service.

Wanted to return your coffee maket Took at least 4 trys of explaining why it was not working with photos etc. Finally got it returned. Not a simple process as it should be. Simply except a return.
