We were very excited when we got our pool installed last year. The installation team was great, and they even came back out 2 or 3 times when the steps wouldn’t stay “stuck” to the bottom of the pool.
We thoroughly enjoyed having the pool the first summer, last year, and maintenance was fairly easy, as promised.
However, this year has been a different story. We have had a hard time getting/keeping the water clean & clear. As a result we haven’t spent nearly as much time in the pool. We haven’t spent a small fortune on chemicals from the local pool store trying to get things in balance.
However, I had a very good discussion with Luther today and have hope that we will be able to get things set right again.

It was nice not having to worry about how the pool was gonna get installed.\nAs blue world pools send their installers out to set the pool up for you. This pool is so easy to take care of if it would have been any other pool. My water would have been so disgusting because I don't stay on top of things, but this pool, I just said the 2 bottles of bleach that are needed not even adding them when they're needed. And I have not had a problem with my water. Looking horrible at all..

Working with Blue World Pools was the best experience ever!!! We love our pool and the customer service they provided. From the beginning even until after our pool was installed everything was smooth and easy to understand.

Being able to reach a live person whenever I called! The help they have given and easily ordering and supplies or equipment. Their instructions regarding water chemicals has also helped save money.

Blue World Pools is a wonderful company for your next pool install. From the Ladies in the office to the pool installer make the process from the beginning of ordering the pool, to getting the pool installed easy. We love our pool.

Everyone was very professional. I contact you weekly with water samples for instructions on keeping the water chemicals correct and have called numerous times with questions, and everyone is helpful

The pool installer was great and did a very good job. The installer was Josh. The pool quality is good. The pool is overpriced and it takes a long to get it installed. Customer service need to be better

We was wanting to purchase A pool. After talking to several companies we decided to purchase our pool from Blue World Pools. It has been so much fun. I love watching our grandchildren having such a good time. They look forward to pool season. If you are looking for a pool I would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone. Good people & good service! The whole sales pitch is a lie and they no it is by sliding the truth in the contract you sign but never tell you. Most crooked company I've ever delt with or read about. Idk how they're still in business. My main goal is to have them banned in ohio
