Ordered a book via Amazon. Package did not arrive despite a message that it had been delivered. Took a lot more than 48 hours to respond to my complaint and did not take any responsibility. It was not possible to reply to their message. Utterly disappointed, I will not order from them again and I do not recommend this company.

Book arrived on time and in the condition it was advertised.
Company was easy to deal with from order to delivery, will definitely use again.

Disappointed that a book described as in good condition is an old library book that is definitely not in good condition.

My book is missing a ripped out page. I’ve tried to report this on your website but so far it hasn’t gone through. It was an expensive book too. Brenda Gantt, “It’s Gonna Be Good Y’all”. It is page 241 & 242. Can you replace this book or refund me?

Book came, even earlier than we expected it, kids love it, it only surprised me that the book is originally from a library, it almost looks like someone didn't bring it back to library and then sold it

Everything arrived promptly and in great condition. Most used books I've received have been in better condition than I was expecting. I like that good things are done with some of the money I spend. I kind of miss the cute email that used to be sent "from your books". It was corny but I enjoyed them anyway.

Ordered books that stated very good on discription. When put in order they said "good" but I ordered them anyways. I had ordered from you before and always had good results so I trusted my instincts and was glad I did. All 3 books that I wanted arrived and they are in very good condition. Thank you.
