Nice doing business with CEX
The transaction with CEX was an absolute hit but the only issue was with their courier partner that missed delivery of the PS 4 pro I bought online, despite me being home all day and cancelling appointments to receive my parcel. Above all, I love doing business with CEX. I have been purchasing items from them for the past 15 years.

It showed me when and where a product was available. It also allowed me to buy things online without having to go across the country. CeX also provides good products for a low price and can sell electronic devices or games or movies I won't need. Overall it is one of the best places to get cheap electronics and old games that would be expensive elsewhere online.

The Gameboy color is in fantastic…
The Gameboy color is in fantastic condition and works perfectly, the Gameboy game works fine only for the battery being empty meaning I can't save my game progress, but I can replace that easily. If the battery was replaced before hand it would have been a 5 star review. As for the delivery and package, it arrived a little early that expected and packaged extremely well. I'm a very happy customer.

Prices are always reasonable
Prices are always reasonable, and for me the clincher is the extra guarantee. Compared with buying from eBay that extra reassurance is gold. Condition tiers (A, B and C) are pretty reliable too. Negatives? Only really that the images are generic ones rather than of the actual item you're buying online. That hasn't been a problem so far except for one purchase I made where the item delivered did not match the image displayed. But CEX sorted that out really quickly and efficiently. Recommended service.

Ordering can take a long time as you need to put so much info in when using lots of different vouchers.
Maybe if a simple barcode scan service could be used that would make things easier.
