As we have previously informed you via email, we find it necessary to provide context regarding your recent negative review.
We normally do not accept orders from Norway due to the high customs duties and VAT charges, which we are unable to manage or guarantee on behalf of our customers. Your order coincided with a temporary reopening of our webshop for another Norwegian customer who had agreed to cover all import-related costs.
We made every effort to respond promptly: your order was placed at 06:44, and we contacted you at 06:52 — just 8 minutes later — to explain the situation and request your confirmation before proceeding. It is important to emphasize that no payment is captured until an order is shipped. Upon receiving your response, we cancelled the order immediately, exactly as requested.
We fully understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we are working to find a more sustainable solution for our Norwegian customers moving forward.
