I authorized a 1.00 transaction, 3 days later the took $72.00 from my account, promised a refund and never delivered then 3 weeks later they took another $72.00 out of my account unauthorized and promised another refund. They also didn't deliver on that promise. I am now out $140.

SCAM WARNING: Hidden charges and refused refund!

Do not trust this platform. This is a total scam that traps you with hidden fees and refuses to give your money back.
I originally signed up for a service that was explicitly advertised as a simple $1 USD payment. However, the second I accepted, they did not hesitate to instantly debit my account multiple times without my permission, stealing a total of $81.86 USD!
I immediately requested a full refund on September 27, which is now 18 days ago. Initially, they promised it would take 5 to 9 business days.
When the deadline passed and I contacted them, they came up with a ridiculous excuse claiming my account needed a "manual check" just to delay the process. Since then, it has been total silence.
It is absolutely disgraceful that I have to beg to get back money that was taken from me through deceptive and unauthorized transactions.
Avoid Astro at all costs. They are unauthorized charges disguised as a $1 trial. I demand my full refund immediately, or I will let my bank handle this fraud and force a chargeback.

The worst experience I've ever had. They took the money from my credit card without providing anything. I've written to them several times asking for a refund or to got what I paid for, but they never gave me a real answer and my personal page is still empty of any reports I requested and paid for! They don't respond directly, they have robotic emails that postpone you like "wait a bit longer, we are providing your refund". It's a scam! Absolutely refrain! It's been month I tried to ask for a refund! I have all the proof. And if the amount was more higher, I would have turned to a lawyer. Their scam is to take small amounts, so you cannot protest much! Save you money and absolute avoid them!

SCAMMERS! THEY PROMISED TO RETURN MY 3K+ PHP IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT'S THE 7TH DAY, THEY DIDN'T RETURN IT, TRIED COMPLAINING ONLY USES AUTOMATED RESPONSES. THEIR PHONE NUMBERS CAN'T BE CALLED. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES!!! TOTAL SCAM! I NEVER AGREED TO THE SUBSCRIPTION AND IT WAS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY'RE REFUNDING IT WITHIN 24 HOURS - IT'S A LIE!!! SCAM WEBSITE - TRYASTRO.ORG

The pattern became clear quickly: nearly every conversation remained online for weeks with almost no interest in meeting face to face. After I paid for an extended plan the account ran into restrictions, and a couple of the women I had spoken with had already asked for money. Attempts to resolve the issues or stop further charges brought only delayed and incomplete replies.

I eventually tried UAbride.xyz and noticed a clear difference — women who agreed to dates instead of staying in endless chat.

All of that belonged to Astro. If you are still considering it, walk away.

A big fraud..we have to mass report this app..they took 50$ from my account without notice..hope the authority will look on this huge syndicate..

I thought it was a good idea to buy a $1 drawing and so far i didn't get it. When I tried to enter in my account, It says Account not found so i tried Customer Support But it seems like the email responding back to me was a bot saying they will get back to me shortly. Then i got charged $50 for something i didn't order. Good thing my bank blocked it. I tried to order a refund and that is taking forever too with no response back.

Responded fast and works to solve problems

I wanted to try a reading which costs approximately 4 euros. There was a timer showing it will be ready in 48 hrs or so.....of course it was never delivered. Moreover they are charging me for some 50$ subscriptions that I never ordered. It's a scam

I noticed an unauthorized transaction of RM 200 taken from my bank account today. I have reached out to support regarding this issue. I am leaving this constructive feedback in hopes that customer service will contact me immediately to process my refund and resolve this billing error.

So far so good. Setting up has been easy i haven't yet gotten any services so we'll see.
