Tiletopia Reviews

Do not buy from this company. Yikes do not appear as advertised and they make it a huge headache and expense to return the shipment. Terrible company!

The website would not accept my order -- but reached an actual person who was very helpful

I am working on a home project and your sales help me make decisions on how to move forward.

Tiletopia products exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear and shipping on time.

Thank you Tiletopia!

Tiletopia has beautiful high quality tile. The samples are shipped quickly and packaged well to prevent any damage during transport. I sampled the Purple 11x11 Glossy Matte Glass Mosaic Tile and the Air Superiority Blue 24x48 Polished Porcelain Large Tile and they both were very impressive. I would definitely order either of these for future projects.

Obsessed with these tiles! I used the moss green matte picket in my bathroom as a shower wall accent and they completely transformed the space. The color is such a beautiful, deep earthy green — very rich and intentional looking, not at all washed out. The matte finish gives it such an elevated, high-end feel and it pairs perfectly with my white grout and brass fixtures. The elongated picket shape adds so much visual interest — it looks way more expensive than it is. Each tile arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, and shipping was faster than I expected. I get compliments on this bathroom constantly and I always send people straight to Tiletopia. Already planning to use the blush pink in my next project!

It was great! Exactly what we were looking for. The matte finish eliminates glare beautifully and the durable ceramic build feels like it's going to last a really long time. Fewer grout joints to clean is a massive plus!

I really enjoyed working with the Tiletopia team! Not only were their products great quality and flawless when I receive them, but they’re communication and customer service truly amazed me as they were so quick with replying, as well as wanting to help make sure that we had the best experience working with them! If you ever need tiles GO TO THEM!

The company was very responsive and quick with my shipment. Only con was that they sent me the wrong sample for a tile, but I actually liked that one more than the original. Both tiles I received were good quality and as described.

I recently received both the pink and green mosaic tiles from Tiletopia, and I couldn't be happier! The quality is absolutely top-notch, and the colors are even more beautiful and vibrant in person. The pink tile adds the perfect pop of color and personality, while the green tile brings a rich, elegant look that feels both timeless and modern.

From the moment I opened the boxes, I could tell these were premium-quality products. The craftsmanship is excellent, and each tile has a beautiful finish that really stands out. Shopping with Tiletopia was also a great experience—easy ordering, fast shipping, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

If you're looking for high-quality, eye-catching tile that will make a statement, I highly recommend Tiletopia. I can't wait to use these gorgeous tiles in my next project!

Tiletopia has a wide selection of beautiful and modern tile designs. The team is responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them.

Last week we needed new porcelain patio paving slabs. We hunted all around the internet, and finally chose Tiletopia. They offered very reasonable prices, and could not have been more helpful. I had the one main point of contact throughout (Shalini, you were great), and once Nathan, just confirming the size of our roads for delivery. No extra costs, two days to delivery (as promised). I could not fault them in any way. Now just waiting to have five pallets laid in our yard.

Amazing customer service, the tiles are very high quality with a range of budget to luxury designs. They have everything you need for your new renovation!

I accidentally ordered the wrong samples! They were so easy to work with and the shipping was fast! So impressed!
