I remember canceling my yearly plan, and I always cancel ahead - yet they re-charged my card. and of course who the heck would screenshot their subscription status once canceled... well I will be going forward...
The features are great tho. It's a good app... but this is enragaing.

Absolutely amazing app for my needs. I can have all my tasks there, organize them by priorities, deadlines, etc. I use a mix of Kanban and Scrum for myself, and it has only been a good experience.

What sold me was that before getting charged for the second month of premium, I got a notification reminding me about it and offering to cancel just in case.

I’ve been using TickTick ever since Wunderlist was discontinued, and it turned out to be an excellent replacement.

The app works great on both desktop and mobile devices, which makes it very convenient for daily use. I like that it combines task lists, calendar view, reminders, and priorities all in one place. It’s simple enough for personal tasks but also powerful enough for work and project management.

The synchronization between devices works smoothly, and the interface is clean and easy to use.

Overall, a very reliable productivity app that I use every day.

I tested a lot of todo apps, TickTick is the best one.

Really good app. Even better than Todoist in some questions. Like how simple and simultaneusly advanced it is.

TickTick has changed my daily organization as an all-in-one solution for scheduling, task management, habit building, and focused work sessions. Over the time, it has proven incredibly reliable. The affordability is just another reason to love it - you get premium features at a fraction of what competitors charge.

TickTick has been my go-to calendar, to-do list, habit tracker and pomodoro timer for years now. It has been great with not a single downtime or any issues for me. The UI is great on all my devices and it's great to use.

I don't see myself switching from it any time soon!

Love this APP
It shut my productivity up to the stratosphere

I looked for years for a product like TickTick (that uses natural language and is productivity-focused). I switched from Teuxdeux last year and my use has only grown so far.

I love TickTick. The tool is great. The support is good. The benefits are great.

I signed up for a free account months ago. I found a charge on my credit card from a strange company that I figured out came from TickTick. They say they cannot cancel my now Premium account as I need to do it on my Apple account. Problem is: Apple does not recognize the subscription to this app, so it does not allow me to cancel it. They basically charged my credit card and now believe they have the right to do it for eternity!!! What a scam!!!

This app is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I have been charged monthly for over a year. They do not respond to emails, or messages left to them in app. They have been taking money from my account monthly since I cancelled my account over a year ago and there doesn’t seem to be a way for me to stop this!

Be very wary. They took payments from my account for over a year, under a company name that has no relation to the app.
Luckily my bank was able to identify the payments cancel these. The company refused to refund payments despite not using the app!

Pretty sure one of the best task managers out there, The premium features totally worth it as well, been paying for them for the last 4 or so years. But also there's a pretty serious bug in a premium feature that I've been begging for to be fixed also the past 4 years, yet I always get some generic b s "we'll let you know when it's fixed" answer and It's still not fixed. All that makes me love the the app itself, yet hate the company for how they treat their paying customers.

The best task management system that I have found, and the free version has all the features that you will need 90% of the time. Great sync across mobile and web, and very clean looking UI.

I tried many other apps before settling on this one. Highlights include: reminders, organization by both folders and tags, priorities, filters/sorts, and calendar view.
