Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”.
So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness!

These tests are pointless
These tests are pointless. You cannot record them on the NHS website so what is the point? There must be so many people with positive tests that are not know about.

Our tests comply with all UK Government requirements however, the Gov.uk website advises that you cannot use their service to register a test you have paid for from a private provider. As TestnGo is a private provider, no tests obtained from us can be registered on the Gov.uk website.
A notice stating the above can be found on the Testngo website for Flowflex kits and further advice regarding the reporting of Covid-19 results is available on the Gov.uk website.

Did not receive my test result within…
Did not receive my test result within 24 hours of sample arriving at the lab. Still have not received my test result over a week later and no response to communication

Not recommend
Both tests I ordered, a 24 hour one and a 12 hour one dud not arrive in time. I left an extra day, due to the postal strike, and still neither arrived in time. I have lost over £100 and was forced to spend another £50 and drive to a test site for an immediate test which I wish I did initially. I have been refused a refund, even though the products were not delivered as advertised. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Unfortunately, due to the high postal demand because of the postal strikes Royal Mail have been experiencing delays. Although we try to ensure the tests are delivered to the timescales set out, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail, and should there be a delay with our fulfilment partners this will affect your delivery date, so we encourage our customers to please leave plenty of time for your tests to arrive.

The delivery via Royal Mail was awful. I know you don't directly manage them but you need to know they're standard is far from satisfactory. I didn't know what day it was due, or what time. However, I received an email saying at 1.40 p.m. saying it would be delivered between 11.15 and 1.15. They said there was no reply so left a card. There were 2 people in the house at that time. Then I received another email at about 3.45 saying they couldn't get a reply. No card was left. Again there were 2 people in. I don't believe they rang the doorbell or knocked on the door on either occasion. I am telling you so that you know how their service works. The actual goods were exactly as ordered and expected, so thank you for that.
