Excellent support on a genuinely tricky case
My number looked like it was stuck between two carriers and port-in checks kept failing. Rossio figured out what was actually going on, moved the line to my account the same day, and arranged a refund for the plan I no longer needed.
I live outside the US and rely on this line for SMS codes over Wi-Fi Calling. Clear answers, no runaround. Thanks, Rossio.

I have had a very good experience with Tello so far. The service is easy to set up, the plans are flexible, and the pricing is very affordable. I especially like being able to keep my US phone number while traveling between the US and China. Wi-Fi Calling works well for me in China, and the mobile service works smoothly when I return to the US. Overall, Tello is a convenient, cost-effective, and practical choice. I would definitely recommend it. One area for improvement would be more reliable cellular roaming in China.

He taught me how to change my sim card, so I know how to do it when it arrives. I commend him on his politeness and patients with every question I had. Thank you so much to George.
