Sphere Resources Limited Reviews

Sam, Christina and the team are all wonderful to work with. They provide a high level of customer service and great product. We really appreciate the partnership and look forward to many years working together.

We have been purchasing from Sphere Resources for many years. They have been easy to deal with and have good communication. As a distributor, we have found them helpful when trying to source uncommon products or products that don't need to be restocked very often.

Sphere has proved a trustworthy source to order various items of packaging from. They are clear in their communication and usually, delivery timeframes are as initially quoted.

I have been dealing with Sphere resource now for nearly a decade now they have been so good to deal with. Always on time the quality, service and pricing is fantastic definitely one of the best!

We engaged Sphere to assist with purchasing and shipping some food production equipment from China to Australia. The process was easy, Sphere team was extremely professional and prompt, with excellent communication. We are very happy with the result. Would absolutely engage Sphere again (in fact, we are in the middle of our next purchase) and would highly recommend them.

We recently worked with Sphere Sports for custom basketball jerseys, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch, and they made the whole process incredibly smooth. We were able to tailor everything — from the overall design and materials to the small details like font sizes and logo placement.

What really stood out was how collaborative the team was. From Sam to the designer and even the printer, everyone was open to feedback and willing to make adjustments to get things just right. The pricing was very fair, shipping was fast, and the final product exceeded expectations.

After speaking to other suppliers who couldn’t meet our needs, Sphere Sports clearly stood out — they ticked all the boxes. Our whole team is extremely happy with how the jerseys turned out. Highly recommend!

Working with Sphere Resources is easy, fast and their products are great quality with good production times. Their quoting process is so quick and pricing, terms and delivery dates are very clearly laid out.

We have been working with Sphere for a few years. Their customer service is excellent, and they are very responsive to queries. The quality of their products is excellent, and we have never had an issue with quality control. We look forward to continue working with them.

We were fed up with pushy sales company's and reps and then we found Sphere Resources. Their Customer Service is exceptional, they are always happy to help and go the extra mile. All our items arrived ahead of schedule. The quality of all their products exceeded our expectations and we receive so many compliments on all our products and merchandise.

I have been dealing with Sam and christina for 15 years now very happy indeed. Highly recommend.

We have recommended them to a number of other businesses in our area.

Sam and his team have been nothing but professional to deal with. I've dealt with them for a long time and with their support, have been able to trust the quality coming out from China.

Great service, very easy to deal with & fast delivery

Sam and his team have made purchasing products from China very easy for us over the last 10 years. The ability they have to oversee quality and consistency is not something we could do ourselves from here.

I have worked along time with sphere resources and always feel comfortable and at ease. They are professional, consistent and really understand the market. I would not look for anyone else for any sourcing and freight needs.

We have been using the guys from Sphere for a couple of years now and have a great working relationship. With our branding and their quality products makes us one of the leading suppliers locally for Sports club apparel and promotional products.
Looking forward to growing our product lines using Sphere in the future.

Working with the Sam, Wendy, Carol and the whole team at Sphere has been an enjoyable experience. They are a standout in their field as they have genuine attention to detail, willingness to find a solution and ability to prioritize time sensitive jobs. Additionally in bespoke merchandise occasionally things go wrong, they are willing to find a sensible resolution.

Sam, Wendy, Carol and the team at Sphere are great. Competitive pricing but also proactive with updates and if there is ever a QC issue they are on to it and have it fixed before you know it.
