The only reason this review gets one star off is because of the way my experience started. I purchased the Everyjourney Steel model in May, and when it arrived, I was unable to complete the assembly b... See more

I am a double leg amputee (BBKA) and while I love love love my bike, I was having trouble making my prosthetics/shoes stay on the pedals. I bought a strap apparatus and a metal toe clip on amazon. Neither worked well at all. I emailed Sixthreezero to tell them how much I loved my bike, and in passing mention my problem keeping my feet on the pedals. Well Anne, the customer service rep, got to work with their service team, and they recommended a device (amazon again...not sixthreezero brand). I ordered it, my husband exchanged it for the default pedals, and problem solved. 100% solved. I can't say enough about their Customer Service team. Never have I encountered a company that was so committed to making a customer satisfied! Thank you sixthreezero!!

Wanted a nice weight size 7-speed. Ordered one style that just didn't fit. Customer service went out of their way to send me a bike that fit and helped me in all steps of order. I love my bike. Even with a second bike as e-bike we still ride our sixthreezero bikes most of the time. It's just a great bike at a great price. Great company and great customer service.
I love my 630 tire, easy transit, trike. I had a little intrepidation about riding a motorized bike. I was little scared and intimidated by it. When I pressed the throttle, it jerked a little, but then it was smooth throughout and I only went like 2 miles per hour because that’s the speed that I feel comfortable going. I took it on the Hudson Valley rail trail. And it was amazing getting all the fresh air and sunshine and looking at the beautiful fall foliage. I really like 630 because they’re made in the USA. And you can call and talk to a human being. They seem like an honest, forthright company, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase .💕😇🙏
Dislike was the bike was damaged during shipping and the bearings used in the crank were not assembled properly in manufacturing.
What I like about the experience is that the team was easy to work with, even though I purchased my bike online, to make it right.
Now that that we worked th kinks out I can ride the bike every day until it snows 😎.
In short, will be buying more in the future.
If I could give them a zero out of five I would.
Only buy this product if you want:
-Cheap parts that break quickly
-Terrible customer service
-All for an expensive price after assembling a bike yourself
- with only the option of disassembling and repackaging the bikes to be able to return and be refunded for them.
I purchased two bikes through Amazon. They both arrived about 1 month later. It took a few hours for my husband and I to assemble all the parts, and at first we were excited. A few days later all 4 tires were flat. We reinflated the tires to use them, but this happened over and over. There were no holes or rips or obvious leaks....just terrible quality tires that lost air quickly over a short period of time.
When we tried to get replacement parts through the warranty, the company wouldn't accept the claims at first because they reported unless the Amazon receipt showed they were bought new (a feature Amazon removed from their receipts 3 years ago) then they couldn't be covered by the warranty. Many hours of phone calls later they said they would send 4 new tires. It has been 2 months and I am still waiting...just long enough to get an email asking if "everything was addressed correctly?"
The EVRYjourney That Became an ACTUAL Journey 🎬
(A short, tragic comedy in 3 quick scenes)
SETTING: My living room, currently featuring a growing collection of non-functional bike components.
SCENE I: The Phantom Inventory
(I order a women’s steel EVRYjourney 7-speed in Navy.
Weeks pass. Silence.)
ME: Hey, just checking on tracking for my bike?
EvryJourney's House: Oops! Navy Steel is actually out of stock. But we’ll upgrade you to Navy Aluminum for free!
ME: Oh, neat. Thanks!
(A few weeks pass)
EvryJourney's House: Oops again. We can’t get the Aluminum bike either, so we’ll need to preorder it.
(A few more weeks pass)
EvryJourney's House: It’s going to be a couple more weeks.
ME: At this point, can I at least get a partial refund for all these delays?
EvryJourney's House: Sure! (Spoiler: Still waiting on this).
(More weeks pass)
EvryJourney's House: Turns out we still can’t get the Navy Aluminum. Pick another color in Steel.
ME: Fine. Send me the Teal/Green.
SCENE II: The Spare Parts Department
(The bike finally arrives! I open the box with pure, innocent hope.)
BIKE #1: Hi! I’m here! Except my front fork is physically too big to fit my frame.
EvryJourney's House: We can send you a replacement fork!
ME: No thanks—I’d really just prefer a replacement bike at this point.
(Customer service somehow orders the replacement fork twice. One gets canceled, but one escapes into the wild. A week and a half later, a rogue package arrives.)
SURPRISE FORK: Hi! I am Navy Blue, the wrong size, and completely useless to you. How may I assist?
ME: …Of course you are.
EvryJourney's House: You shouldn’t have been sent that. Feel free to just donate the original bike and extra parts!
ME: Does it legally count as a donation if I’m giving a charity a pile of incompatible metal?
SCENE III: Enter The Sequel
(Today. The replacement bike arrives.)
BIKE #2: Hello, new rider! Before we start, some of my parts are stuck, and I brought the exact same oversized fork as my buddy over there in your parts graveyard.
BIKE #1 (from the corner): 😒
EPILOGUE:
So… this has been quite the journey for an EVRYjourney that began in JULY. I was really, really looking forward to riding around now that summer is officially over, but instead I just have bicycle junkyard in my living room.
To their credit, customer service has always been polite. But the repeated inventory issues, delays, duplicate orders, wrong parts, and missing refund have been wildly frustrating.
Hoping the team can help me get this sorted ASAP. I’ll keep you all posted on how this saga ends! 🚴💨
The team at SixThreeZero have been outstanding to work with in resolving issues we had with the 4-Wheel all terrain bike that we purchased. In particular, Nadine, has been very responsive, thorough and thoughtful in making us 100 percent satisfied in purchasing our bike from SixThreeZero. I highly recommend the 4-wheel E-Bike as there is not a comparable one in the market. It was purchased for my 98 year-old father-in-law and he has a newfound freedom that makes him feel young again. If you could see the smile that the bike brings to him at his age, you would understand the joy that can come from having a bike that gives confidence to an older person riding an e-bike. We cannot say enough positive things about the bike and the team at SixThreeZero.
Sincerely,
Ken R.
Email support responded within a day or two in most cases. Completed required research to provided needed information to resolve my issues.
Had to request a credit card chargeback from Chase because they refused to refund my order after multiple requests. The "shipping soon" bike never arrived. Every month they'd push it back another month. Don't let them run their business using your cash. Scammers and frauds.

On Sept 11, 2026 I ordered and paid 1384.96 for an ebike from the sixthreezero ebike company and was told it would be delivered on Sept 22. It never arrived so I emailed them 3 times that day asking for tracking information and got no reply. On the morning of Sept 23 I called the sixthreezero buisness number and the first worker there said she couldnt tell me anything about the bike and when it would arrive and she would have someone call me. I called them back and got another worker who then said that the bike hadnt even been shipped to me and they apologized for not telling me and keeping me informed. She said they would be getting the bike from somewhere next week. I told her to cancel and refund. Later in the day I checked my bank and emails, no information from them and no refund to my bank. Basically they are holding my money even though they never even had the product to send to me. Extremely unhappy and frustrated and will have to report this company.
UPDATE October 14th, 2026: see below response from sixthreezero saying refund takes 48-72 hours? well today is day number 32 since I cancelled and theres no refund in my bank, not even under 'pending". I would strongly recommend that no one buy from this company they are having serious problems and it sounds like they dont have the money to refund my 1384.96. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they are helping me with a claim, but they are not even responding to Paypal to date!

I ordered a trike from these folks in April. It never came. Weeks passed with no word. I reached out. "It's on the way." That was all they had to say. Then months passed. No word (but plenty of emails from them trying to sell me more stuff.) I eventually cancelled the order and asked for a refund. No refund was made and they had nothing to say. I put in a claim with my credit card company. No word. SixThreeZero finally got back to say they were ready to refund me, but the credit reverse was holding them up and I'd need to cancel that so they could free up the funds. It's now September and they STILL have not refunded my money. The latest was an email saying the money was being held up by Shopify. I did not order this trike using Shopify. I just called the company where no one in management will agree to take my call and they cower behind their customer service staff. Their claim this time? "Only Nadine can take care of that and it's her day off." It's one lie after another with this sham of a business. My next move is to call the Attorney General and report this business for fraudulent practices. Avoid this business like the plague!

The fix started out with AI which missed one component of fixing the problem, The password. Once I contacted Support it took a little time to communicate the problem. Once we all knew what the problem was things progressed along very well. My problem was solved and more. The people were pleasant and quick to reply by email and supply the information I needed. Customer service and Communications were great by email

I love my new EVRYjourney
500W bike. I wanted the look of a beach cruiser and the ease of a pedal assist electric bike. The range is fabulous and it came with two batteries. It’s an amazing ride.

I have a Relaxed Body 500w Deluxe Ebike 2026. It came quickly, communication was great, and my husband and children found the bicycle easy enough to assemble. However, being a newer model, some of the instructions/videos were slightly different due to previous models.
I shattered my patella 2 years prior to ordering my bike. With months of physical therapy, I was able to ride a stationary bike, but hadn't ridden a regular bike again. With daily knee pain, I went with SixThreeZero after many hours of searching online for options, and the relaxed body is comfortable. The ebike option helps me with longer rides and hills, which are difficult due to muscle atrophy and bone/joint pain.
Even my father in law was tempted to take it for a ride, and he hasn't been on a bicycle in 15+ years post-knee replacement surgery!

I bought this for my 88 year old dad. He loves it and rides it almost every day. He lives on a steep gravel road in the country and doesn’t have any problems getting up or down the hill. He also installed a wench in his truck, so he loads up the bike by himself using ramps. He takes it to a nearby town and rides it along the river dike between two towns.
I’m so thrilled that he’s using it so much.

The SixThreeZero Journey is a very good all-around bike.
I purchased my Journey over a year ago and have ridden it extensively. My community is about 95% flat and my Journey being seven speeds has more than enough gears to easily get me up a few hills I encounter.
Other than replacing tire tubes, the bike has been very reliable with no issues. It looks like a much more expensive bike than
When I first got the bike, there was a clinking noise so I placed a call to Six Three Zero. They told me to take it to a bike shop, send them a receipt and they would reimburse me. I did and they did.
The bike has fit my needs perfectly, and if I was in the market for an electric bike would certainly consider a Six Three Zero.

Buying a bike online can be intimidating. It was a solid choice and so convenient! The bike arrived flat packed with instructions & I put it together myself. It took about an hour.
The E-bike is solid & heavy. I get 20 miles out of a charge. She has held up in nasty headwind & kept the roadgrit off me in rain (chain guards).
I customized her a bit. As a commuter, putting 1000 miles on a bike in a year, I bought extra reflectors, reflective decals, and a bell to enhance my safety. Visibility for that 5pm ride home is so important!
The wide handlebars are great for stability.
630 was 100% committed to making it right when I had a hiccup. You can trust them with your purchase and ride into the future with confidence.
This company and the products are beyond horrible. We purchased a bike as a Christmas gift so a grandmother can ride around the neighborhood with her grandkids. For 8 months my wife and I have been sending emails trying to get a bent wheel replaced (damaged during shipping). The company responded making us feel like we caused the issue. Next, they sent 2 replacement wheels that do not even fit our bike. Once again, customer service made us feel like we created the issue/we were the problem. It is now 8 months later and the bike is still inoperable. We have 1 original bent wheel, 1 wheel set (front and back wheel) that do not fit the bike and 2 through axel quick release skewers that are different colors (1 silver and 1 black). We feel cheated and scammed. They will not let us send the bike back for a refund. We were instructed to take the bike to a local shop and have them fix everything. Supposedly, they will repay us if a local shop fixes their mistakes but when we questioned this process they stopped responding to our emails. My experiences with this company lead me to believe they are fraudsters, scammers and conartists. There are real, professional, credible bicycle companies out there (with great customer service) please purchase bicycles from them.
so you can see my one star review of six three zero below...and they responded...but its all smoke and mirrors...their 'KIND" and 'CARING" REPLY TO ME did not result in any kind of accommodation, or even a compromise...the end result of their reply was...ITS YOUR FAULT YOUR BIKE IS LIKE IT IS...DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..THEY ARE SOOO FULL OF SHIT POOR WELDING JOB..AND THE BATTERY JUST PLAIN SUCKS AND TO REPLACE THE BATTERY AFTER JUST 360 MILES WILL COST ME AT LEAST 200 HUNDRED DOLLARS..THIS IS JUST POOR QUALITY AND POOR WORKMANSHIP AND A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT BUT INSTEAD JUST TRY AND FIND A WAY OUT OF ANY RESPONSIBLITY...
The sixthreezero support group was quite responsive, patient and helpful to me with my bike issues! They provided suggestions and links to videos that allowed me to resolve my questions and clear up my difficulties. I commend the team.
