We applied in French from Quebec and got an answer in English. For us that is unacceptable. The service charge also felt much too high beside the visa cost, especially since it was billed in US dollars. We told Wingbuddy the same after its referral. At least the visas arrived on time.
I completed the form quickly, approval came through within minutes.

With Service eVisa, the application and document upload were easy. The government approved our UK travel authorization soon afterward, and we had no issues at the airport.

An airline link sent me to this third-party site, where the charge was almost 3 times the government ETA fee. Very disappointing when paying for several visitors.

I made a mistake on my application and Service eVisa replied quickly to help me correct it. Excellent service, I would recommend it.

UK ETA form was VERY EASY to get thru.

Following the instructions wasn't easy. I went back and redid a few parts, then reached questions that required information I didn't have with me. I stopped there until I found the missing details and came back to finish it.

Most explanations were good. My only problem was photographing the passport page. It's very glossy, so gettig a picture without glare or reflection was difficult, even though the details were still readable.

Service eVisa checked my application quickly, and the authority approved it soon after. I appreciated not being left wondering for long.
