Have made numerous phone calls and sent emails no body gets back to you.Worst customer service from a letting agent

Would give a zero rating if I could . Beware of their contracts , very abysmal renting company . Does not answer calls or emails . Stay away from this company .
The letting part does not answer phone calls . How can potential tenants get in contact with them ?

No fault to Select, but we had quite a complex purchase. Shara was incredible throughout, helping us navigate a challenging mortgage situation. Katherine has been incredibly helpful throughout my Exchange Point investment journey. One thing that always stood out was how she helped me with the service charge and ground rent payments—things that can easily get confusing, especially from abroad. Every time I had a question or ran into an issue, she stepped in and sorted it out without any fuss. On the other hand, she took the initiative to contact me about the construction issue of my property’s balcony （ occurred in Sept /2024) which was dangerous to the tenant and the public , so that I could check with my property agent to solve the issue accordingly. We had a great experience buying an off plan property with the help of the lovely Jess from Select. She was extremely helpful, responding to calls and the many many questions we had with us being first time buyers. She even responded outside of working hours and whilst on holiday.

Jess was very knowledgeable and able to quickly find the answer to things if it fell outside of her scope. She helped us identify the right apartment to suit us and arranged for us to meet with her colleagues Imogen and Charlie in the sleek Birmingham office. They were incredibly helpful and able to show us models, materials and even use a VR headset to visualise what the end result would be like.
