Great client service

Great client service. Samsonite has been equipping the whole family for years. We really appreciate the client service, which is super user friendly and efficient to send spare parts for maintenance with small repairs. Many thanks Samsonite! We stay with you!

My Samsonite luggage handle was broken

My Samsonite luggage handle was broken, I connected on Samsonite website to look for a new one. Samsonite service was perfect, express delivery done within few days, free of charge ! Great service

Affordable high quality suitcase.

Since I begun to travel a bit more often. I wanted to have an affordable, high quality suitcase. Bought a Samsonite S'cure 81cm model. After 6 years of going around the world as maximum weight loaded, rolling through the airports and streets, taking the beating of the airport cargo staff, everythings still working as a new but the spinner wheels started to be a little out of order. So I went to the spares website. Put my serial number there and find the needed spare parts. 1 week and the new wheels arrived, 10 minutes job to change them and now we're ready to go around the world again for next 6 years at least!

Samsonite guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on

Purchased 2 Sansonite case costing approximately £300 each with a 10 year warranty.
Within 18 months one cracked and split in the wheel area, nothing to do with the airline handling.
Advised by Sansonite to send to their approved repairers at a cost of £30 to me. The repairer said it was my negligence and wasn’t covered.
A year later exactly the same thing occurred with my other bag.
I feel it is a manufacturing weakness around the wheel area and Sansonite do not want to know, they haven’t even asked for photos!

Posted this review and approximately 5 weeks later Sansonite posted an apology and suggested I send details to their customer service team, I did and of course no response! Same old same old Sansonite

Further 2 weeks has gone by and still no response, I even emailed Sansonite CEO and no response there either!!
Sansonite team, if you do read this please do as you mentioned above and help me get my one time use £700 cases repaired or replaced please?
