Great Support on RVGUARD RV Power Outlet Panel with 20 A & 30 A
On June 23, 2026, Gary Lee sent me the wiring diagram that I had requested for the RVGUARD RV Power Outlet Panel with 20A and 30A receptacles.
After reviewing the diagram, I ordered the device from Amazon. I received the panel and continued planning the project. After many delays, I finally found a contractor to do the installation. The project was completed a few days ago. The panel is working well and looks great!

I was having difficulty installing the pressure regulator because the gauge wasn’t registering any pressure when I turned the water on. I lost 117 fish in my pond when my house sitter turned on the city water to top it off and forgot and it overflowed for over 24 hours. The chlorine took off the fish slime and they got bacterial infections and I lost 117. Normally, for 25++ years, never ever had an issue with city water affecting my fish doing 10% water changes. But 24 + hours of city water took them out. My friend gave me a cartridge to use to fill the pond. Now I can't tell if it filters out the chlorine and whatever is in city water, I don't have that kind of testing kit. But this is MUCH better than doing nothing and using straight garden hose water. I use it now daily for every topping off. This is my 2nd box of 4 and I passed one unit along to another friend who also has a pond and was oblivious to using city water too much.

On February 18, 2026, the customer reported non-receipt of the heated water hose. In accordance with our service policy, we immediately processed a full refund to ensure customer satisfaction, while simultaneously initiating a trace with the carrier.
On February 27, the customer kindly notified us via email that the package had been found and received, and expressed willingness to repay for the order. We sincerely appreciated this honest gesture.
However, as of March 16, we have not received payment for the order, nor have we received further communication despite our follow-up. The customer’s original negative review remains published, despite the confirmed resolution of the issue.
We always strive to resolve every issue fairly and transparently. In this case, we acted in good faith by promptly issuing a refund, and we acknowledged the customer's honesty when the product was found. We regret that the review does not reflect the final outcome.

Zero stars on return policy.
I ordered a 120v to 240v adapter so that I could try to plug my new electric vehicle into a regular wall outlet. The adapter did not work. Returning it was a nightmare and ultimately I would have received less money in return than it would have cost me to ship it back, because they required me to ship it back with tracking. I have no idea if the adapter would have worked with another device such as an RV plug, so I couldn't say that it was defective. Returning a non defective item for a refund required several emails to the company including one with numerous photos from various angles. I felt like a criminal.
Update: their response is all factual, and their return policy is very strict, so as long as you know all of that and choose your items perfectly, you'll be good. I guess I've been spoiled by other more customer-friendly sites with easier al return policies. I understand this may be too costly for some sites to offer.
