Easy and pleasant airport transfer! We were met at the arrivals terminal by a staff member who brought us directly to the car. The car was modern, clean, and safe.

Honestly amazing
Honestly amazing, the booking process was easy, the driver stayed in communication with me whilst he was stuck in traffic, helped me with my extremely heavy case in and out the vehicle, would definitely use again and is worth spending that little bit more

Extremely disappointing - did not get the service we paid for. AVOID!
We booked a meet and greet with flight monitoring from Barcelona airport with Royal Falcom Limousine for a family trip to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday.
When we arrived at the airport there was no one to greet us and after waiting for about 20 mins and several phone calls we were told by the company to go outside. We waited another 10 mins before a car finally came to collect us. When we queried why no one was waiting with a sign as we had paid for, the driver was extremely rude, told us it was not his fault and to take it up with the company. When we rang the company again they were very unhelpful and gave no explanation as to why we did not get the service we paid for. Basically they told us hard luck, that’s what happens sometimes!
Do yourself a favour and question the good reviews you see about Royal Falcon Limousine. I have never had a more unreliable, ignorant and unhelpful experience before and would strongly advise anyone to avoid using them. We paid extra for a service we simply did not receive. I would not recommend this company.
The taxis outside Barcelona airport would have cost us a quarter of the price we paid paid Royal Falcom Limousine.

We take your feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to review what happened and make things right. Please contact us directly so we can address your concerns properly.

We booked our transfers from Barcelona…
We booked our transfers from Barcelona with Falcon Limos as they were ensuring safe rear facing child seats. Unfortunately our flight to Barcelona was delayed, Falcon Limos supplied a replacement vehicle as the one we had been allocated had another pick-up. Our replacement vehicle had no kiddy seat.
At the end of our stay our return transfer vehicle from Falcon Limos did not arrive at all!
I would comment that our driver was really friendly and helpful and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. The company is let down by very poor management.
Our return transfer fee has been refunded to us.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the issues with both transfers, particularly the missing child seat and the return pickup. We understand how frustrating this must have been for your family. While we're pleased your driver was friendly and the vehicle was comfortable, the overall service clearly fell short of our standards. Your return transfer was refunded, and we are reviewing what went wrong to prevent similar situations in the future. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
Really great service from Salman…
Really great service from Salman yesterday from Lloret De Mar to Barcelona airport. Reminder texts sent the day before, text when car had arrived- early as there had been heavy traffic in Barcelona and he wanted to be sure we would get our flight.Car was clean and comfortable, with enough space to relax. Salman was very polite and welcoming and even gave us water each. His driving felt very safe. Thoroughly recommended.

Dangerous!
Would never use them again! Unprofessional. Stopped at a gas station for water without even telling us, while we’re driving to airport to catch a flight. Speeding was out of control. He hit 89 mph with a national speed limit of 75 mph and my 2 kids in a car with me. Unsafe, uncomfortable and unfriendly. Dropped us off at arrival pick up instead of our airline departures (the next driver was already waiting to take over the car for next job). Horrible.

My wife are frequent international travelers. We experienced Royal Falcon for the very first time while booking in Barcelona. Since our first trip to our hotel everything was absolutely amazing, therefore we decided to book another THREE times. Each and every time we experienced absolutely superb overall experience from the time of booking to ease if payment. We will most definitely advise our family and friends to travel with Falcon.
