Roia Moto Reviews

Your products are great yet I had to pay an extra 85 euro for customs in addition to your shipment so all in all ordering from Israel gets too expensive unfutunatlly.

Thank you. Ronen order #172766

Great shopping experience, amazing product!!

Contents and packaging were excellent, it is obvious ROIA takes great care and pride with their product representation and presentation! I am extremely excited to have an above average tool kit accompanied with solid provisions and instruction. The bike rack is above average in appearance, lite weight and solidly built with precision / high standards. Excellent communication re: shipping and associated costs, timely delivery!

These guys are awesome. Very customer focused and they go out of their way to help. I was blown away to get a phone call from overseas when they contacted me to clarify an order. That was extremely dedicated.

Arrived on time and an excellent well made product.

I was unsure when considering purchasing a purpose built tool kit. Eventually research helped me understand the effort and attention to detail invested in these kits. Engaging with Roia Moto further reinforced that the company is really focused on great tool kits and the service was great. The kit and service exceeded expectations.

Quality product for a reasonable price, fast delivery.
Really appreciate the tool guids that you provide for free for particular models, buying products from you is my way of saying thank you.

Solid high quality toolkit for all my needs! All I had to throw in was some tape and zipties and it was good to go! Really love this, well thought out and light kit for my Himalayan 450, and other requirements. Awesome packaging, great 6 page list of detailed kit information and a QR code showing you how and where to use all the contents! Premium quality, for a good price. Cheers from Aus.

Excellent quality, efficient delivery and personalised service with little thank you card. Very unique and bespoke in today’s world of Amazon giants

Quality, service, product. I highly recommend buying products from Roia Moto.

I ordered the RTW tool kit for my Honda CRF300L Rally ahead of my trip to South America. The build quality is exceptional, and it's clear that the product has been meticulously designed down to the last screw specifically for the needs of this motorcycle. The customer service and delivery speed were top-notch. A professional and absolutely reliable accessory for anyone doing serious overlanding!

I'm very pleased that I contacted Roia Moto, even though my package is still on its way to Ukraine. I received a quick response and excellent communication from the Roia Moto team. I'd especially like to mention and thank Paul Zainer. He consulted me even after business hours. Excellent support. Thank you very much!
And I have no doubt in the quality of the product!)

very good product, easy to assemble.

I’m delighted! Firstly, Italo and Paul were extremely helpful and supportive. They answered all my questions, and were even kind enough to help with customs queries.

My items arrived in the States and no import fees were charged.

The quality of the items is superb – outstanding, I must say. They also included some stickers, a letter, a list of items, assembly suggestions, extra features, and weight-saving tips.

It's a little expensive, but worth every penny. It's like visiting a restaurant where you pay an expensive bill, but you can’t wipe the smile off your face and you can't wait to go back again.

Thank you, Italo and Paul. If all products and suppliers were like you, I’m sure the world would be a better place.

Speed of delivery and quick response from the team

All good and on time

Hi this is an awesome product fitted perfectly and fast shipping to even they threw in some goodies.

Fast delivery with a very personal note.
High quality tools.
Thank you very much.

I bought the Trail Jack for my road motorcycle. The product is great: very lightweight yet strong and rigid, and it can support very heavy bikes as well. Since the Roia Moto is designed for off-road riders/bikes, I wasn't sure that the product would fit my bike. However, the Roia Moto team was very helpful, sending me additional information about the Trail Jack's dimensions, including photos. Also, their website is very informative. Communication with them, the overall purchase experience, and delivery were fast and pleasant. They also included a bunch of cool stickers in the parcel, along with a handwritten postcard. It's a small thing, but it's nice, and you can feel the care for the customers. It's especially rare in Austria, where customer service is generally bad. So, they really stand out in a good way. I can only recommend Roia Moto. They also have a YouTube video demonstrating how to use the Trail Jack on a light motorcycle. These instructions didn't work for me right away because my bike is heavy, and I can't lean it over to get the rear wheel off the ground. So I have to use the additional handlebar turning trick, and it works perfectly now. As a suggestion/recommendation for Roia Moto, I'd recommend adding another video on how to use the Trail Jack on heavier motorcycles. I'm sure many people would appreciate it, and many even on-road riders like me would be interested in this product, because other similar products on the market (called liftsticks) are heavy, bulky, and, in most cases, not designed for bikes over 200 kg. I believe that Roia Moto's Trail Jack has a lot of potential for extending their target audience. Overall, Roia Moto is a very nice and promising company.
