Ring is too tight, uncomfortable to wear.

Shipping issues in the begining were resolved and I'm enjoying the input.

The ring is good and data is excellent. The only thing that I notice is that battery don’t last the 14 days. Is less.

I would like the option to return it if I didn’t like it.

i don’t love it, i expect a lot of additional features but truly very limited and the notifications are delayed.. like it will tell me hours later that i was stressed in a certain time frame… my first ring couldn’t keep battery, i would recharge in the morning and by 3pm it was dead… my new ring replacement is fine so far, but again notifications are super delayed.. just keeping it to track my steps at this point ..

Buying my Rinconn was fast and easy. It synced with the apps easily. I took a star away because the app will show a notification, and I can’t figure out what it is. I did purchase another one for my daughter. I am happy with my purchases.

The ring has been really beneficial for me. Its help track my sleep well and help see where my stress levels are. The thing I would say can be approved is some of the stats. I'm having a hard time understanding some of the graphs. The health section graphs specifically. Also I'm not sure how accurate the activity is on the ring. I've been working out and it can't really tell.

The ring looks like plastic. Had I known (didn’t look like that from pics online, I should have known better) I would have gotten a plain black. Seems to be functioning as described.

I had an issue with my RingConn Gen 2 and contacted customer service for support. The whole replacement process was handled extremely well. The team was responsive, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process.
They replaced my Gen 2 with the new Gen 3, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’ve now received the new ring and it’s working perfectly.
Excellent customer service and a great example of how after-sales support should be handled. I really appreciated their help and attention throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

What I Like:
1. Comfort & Design: The ring feels exceptionally comfortable, lightweight, and unobtrusive on the finger.

2. Battery Life: The battery performance is outstanding. I do not have to worry about frequent recharging compared to my smartwatches.

3. Sleep Apnea & Vital Signs: The setup process is smooth, and the health insights—especially Sleep Apnea screening and vital signs tracking—are intuitive and easy to interpret.

4. Step Tracking Accuracy: Daily step count accuracy is consistent and on par with my smartwatches.

5. Haptic Vibration Alerts: The built-in vibration motor is an excellent addition; receiving physical haptic prompts directly on the finger is a standout feature.

Areas for Improvement:
1. Elevated Heart Rate During Running:
During running sessions, the heart rate readings recorded by the ring are significantly higher (by approximately 15–20 bpm) than the benchmarks from my Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. This appears to be caused by motion artifacts or cadence lock during arm swing. I hope future firmware algorithms can improve motion noise filtering during active workouts.

2. RingConn Partner Quota Limit:
The RingConn Partner quota is currently full, preventing me from activating and utilizing this feature. It would be greatly appreciated if the team could expand server capacity or quota allocations for active users.

Future Software / Integration Requests:
Third-Party Medical & Health App Integration:
I would love to see direct integration or two-way synchronization support with prominent health monitoring apps, specifically Omron Connect (blood pressure monitors) and Yuwell Anytime. Linking RingConn’s vascular and vital trends with external clinical monitoring data would significantly elevate the ecosystem's value.

The vitals signs feels off at times, mainly my Spo2 dipping below 90's at times. Never experienced any difficulty breathing in my life. What I like most is tracking sleep, activity, and other info to have a baseline knowledge of my health.

Easy to fit. Everything was received in a timely manner.

Long battery life-sleep numbers is helping knowing how to improve sleep. I do wish you had elliptical on the exercise choices. Keeps me informed about my heart and health. It is assisting me in losing weight.

After trying many different smart rings, I love Ringconn, its accurate and verifiable data is available without a subscription which is especially helpful after buying a relatively expensive product. It is definitely worth the money, cheaper rings do not have reputable tracking in my experience.

It’s not very easy to figure out. Actually, it’s somehow confusing.

My biggest complaint is it doesn’t automatically count the total distance in steps I take all day unless I set it before hand to count a certain walking route. But then I have to turn it off and on.

I haven’t figured out how to take into account aerobics exercise, if it even does.

Waited over 10 days for a human answer after chatbot was unable to give fit advice and the answer never came. And my order was placed 1 Oct and now, 12 Oct, it hasn't even shipped yet. I can't review a product without a product, but so far customer service has left me disappointed that I just spent over $550 on wearable tech.

Everything went well during the purchase. All questions were thoroughly answered and detailed so that I could understand the process. Shipping was according to the estimation and on time. Trade in process offered a small discount and went smoothly. There is an opportunity to add clarity to the return process. I had to search more to see who I needed to address the return to. The Ring conn 3 has been working as expected. The app is easy to follow. The results are detailed and closely align with my Garmin watch. There is just more info in vitals like blood pressure and headache monitoring. The vibration alert works well. The charge time is fantastic at 8 to 11 days before charging and charging is faster than charging a watch. All activity monitoring works better than my watch as well. Overall, performance of ring is a 10 out of 10. What makes it unique is so many features and no monthly charge or fees. Nice job Ringconn!
