It works
It works! This is the second Revitive I have purchased, the first being loaned out and being used because it is so good.

At a disadvantage as have leg/foot bandaged. No indication that bare feet required for use of device.

After further advice,a great product
I purchased the knee medic as advised by the questionnaire. I also purchased the footcream . I had read that the average intensity was around 40. I wasn't even getting to 20 before experiencing strong muscle contractions so I worried that this would not be working correctly. I contacted Revitive and they assured me that it would still be doing its job and that I should work with what was comfortable for me. At this moment in time my knees are possibly the same but my feet which were also very painful have definitely improved.
Overall, the delivery and service has been very good. My knees will hopefully gradually respond. It does say 8 weeks and I had temporarily stopped because of not achieving the average intensity. I think that should be added in the notes so that people like myself do not take this as literal. Otherwise a very good product.

Great product at long last my chronic night cramps have greatly reduced.
Amazing 💯❤️
Amazing 💯❤️
I wish I had taken a "before" photo as my feet, ankles, lower legs, calves have been purple with venous issues since I was in a coma with covid and now they are turning back to skin colour 🩷 plus my legs are feeling better in general and less painful 😒
I am doing the app routine so can't wait until it's pad week on thighs and my osteoarthritis knees ❤️❤️❤️

It took a while to get used to the tingling electricity feelings up my legs but I’m really feeling the benefit after a few weeks of use.

The Revitive is ok but I would prefer a rechargeable model and it is difficult to use with the cord.
I have never used the gel it comes with, as it consists only of chemicals. You want to heal your body and not make it worse. I had to invest the time to research for an alternative conductive medium. Aloe Vera gel did not last long enough. I found that vegetable glycerin would work the same way but I had to spend an extra $ 22 on it mainly for freight. have used it so far only once, as I had to wait for the vegetable glycerine to arrive.

From my day of order to delivery was swift. There was ample information to read if the medic was suitable for my conditions which it was. Have used daily for just over a week even my husband uses it. Would recommend to friends and family

I had a slight muscle strain in one leg when I started using the Medic Coach model for the first time but after a week it became significantly worse so have stopped using it for the present.
Checking the reviews I notice most of the negative reviews are about poor service or delivery problems rather than the effectiveness of the machine so am planning to try it again when the muscle strain has improved. Hope springs eternal !

Good device, dreadful service
I had a new Revitive device delivered at the end of June at a cost of £289.50. Initially, I was pleased with it as it did relieve my leg cramps. After a couple of months however, it began to intermittently make a ticking/buzzing sound when in use. Just outside the 90 day trial period, I contacted Revitive and subsequently returned it for repair after 103 days. I was told that it may be replaced with a refurbished device, and I said that I did not want a refurbished device sent out.
They have emailed today, to say that a refurbished device has been sent out, worth £207.46. Subsequent emails from customer service basically say that this is their policy. I also note that the warranty on refurbished devices is 1 year as opposed to 3 on my original purchase.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from this company.
UPDATE: Email received stating that this is their standard warranty process. Also the warranty on the refurbished replacement will run from the date if the ORIGINAL purchase with a few days added to cover the time of the return. DREADFUL!!!
