When I made the reservation my name or email was not connected to my Hilton Honors. I thought this was automatic. Also as soon as I booked the reservation I found out that I could have saved about 40 dollars by booking through Trivago. You should get the best price when booking,.Thanks Larry

I didn't like being charged $19 for…
I didn't like being charged $19 for making this reservation. I specifically went to the Cambria web site to book and did not expect this added charge.
This was a hidden fee and what's more it's non refundable this is totally unacceptable!!

Will never use again. The policy of no refunds is unacceptable when I wanted to change the date and keep the hotel booking but made a mistake. Will always go through hotel to make a booking.
