The price was good
The price was good. The shipping information was bad. Your website said "left on front porch" while they were in transit? Additionally, I originally received 1 tracking number that showed everything on that shipment, only 1 box of 3 showed and I thought the USPS left it all at mailbox and it got stolen. After contacting you, I was informed there where 2 more tracking numbers. Very disorganized.

The battery failed in less than a…
The battery failed in less than a month. So they sold me a bad battery and then they expected me to send it back at my expense. So that was another $30 out of my pocket. Then they said it would take time to inspect with a series of test. A month later I still don't have a battery.
Save yourself a lot of money and headache and DO NOT DEAL WITH RAION.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon looking into this, it appears that based on the return tracking number you provided, it was delivered by the carrier to California. Our operations are based in Texas, and the address that was sent for you to return the item to was Texas. Since we did not receive the item back, we were unable to further assist you with your product. You will need to file a claim with the carrier, and double check the address that you sent the package to matched the address we provided.
Missing order, no response from CS
My order appears to be missing in transit. Ive been reaching out and haven't received a response or acknowledgement. Assuming I'll have to dispute with CC.

USPS is horrible
Please, please, please give me a UPS Ground Shipping option. My order shipped via USPS. The package left your facility and was sent to Dallas, then to Memphis, then to Raleigh, then back to Dallas, then back to Memphis, and then back to Raleigh. The package is supposed to be delivered today, a week late, we'll see if I get it. Order #18605
