My experiences
I was contacted about 4 times& AI was on the call. I specifically asked to speak to a live customer service agent. I had questions AI was unable to answer. Each time afterwards my return call was AI. My offer ends today. I'm just frustrated at this point. I'm looking forward to when my contract is finished.

I was with them for a total of 6 months plus they took my money up front for their bills and then put nothing towards my outstanding loans I take that back they did work on one out of six in the end I end up losing out on 1700
