Ricardo took care of my order. I‘ve been a long time user of the cold pod…almost daily. I have the chiller, which works great. I have the ultra insulated cover, but fallen tree branches ripped it somewhat. So I got the set…ultra insulated cover & sides. Wasn’t sure if the side cover would go around clip fasteners, but Ricardo assured me that it would. I keep the temperature at 53 degrees & the side insulation will help keep it that way, especially in California where summer can be triple digits! He also honored my discount, which I missed.

I have had my sauna pod for two months and love it! I use it daily every evening. It was easy to install and even easier to use. Anytime I have had any questions or issues the people at sauna pod have answered promptly and efficiently.

I had some issues with my sauna pod heater. I contacted customer support and they very quickly issued a replacement for me. Unfortunately, the replacement had some issues and wasn’t working properly. They made the process very easy and my customer service rep Maressa was very thorough, kind, understanding, and professional. They handled the situation so well and I just was really impressed with the level of customer service that I received. As far as The Pod goes, I love it. It is fabulous and it works so well. I did get a steam pod with another company and the quality doesn’t even compare to The Pod Company. I highly recommend them.

My pod broke after 13 months. The valves shattered, literally shattered to pieces when I was unscrewing them. To get replacements, I had to buy the entire pod again, as the warranty was for 12 months. It’s a shoddy product. If you can afford a nicer one, buy it, this is a terrible purchase.
