They're very healthy!

I received a different plant than what I ordered but I was advised that they will be sending me the correct one.

I have purchased some hard to find locally plants from Plant Addicts and every one has arrived as a large, healthy, beautiful plant. They send me plants I would choose myself if I had the opportunity.

This is my second purchase from PlantAddicts this year, and I will be a frequent customer henceforth. I am consistently impressed by the quality of plants I receive from this company. When buying plants online, you just never know what you’re going to receive. All the plants I’ve received from PlantAddicts have been very healthy, verdant and blooming, and with serious root systems ready for planting. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Oh, and their shipping is incredibly fast and the plants are cunningly wrapped for the journey. I highly recommend their hydrangeas and mock oranges (“Pearls of Perfume”). Never have I ever received plants absolutely covered in flowers as these were.

I ordered two 3 gallon shrubs. A Ruby Summersweet & a Native Buttonbush. They arrived promptly. The shrubs were packed exceptionally well and the boxing used was top notch. Both shrubs were around 20” tall. I would rate the quality of each shrub exceptional. I don’t have any negative comments. I have never ordered from Plant Addicts, but I will be now.

Easy to navigate

Plants are excellent however when shipping 2 pots in one box has not worked out well.

I am very delighted with the arrival of my order of small variety ornamental grasses. They were packaged with care, arrived in good condition and are very beautiful.

The plant that arrived, is very healthy looking and the dirt was thoroughly moist. The plant did not seem to have suffered any ill affects from the shipping. My only suggestion is make the arrows on the box RED. The box was indeed on it's side when delivered onto my doorstep. You can't make this stuff up! But I am very excited and can't wait to see how the plant does in the spring!

Plants arrived safely because we packed well and all were green and healthy.

I don't think I should receive my plants roots potting and all out of the planter pot. This is the 2nd time. I probably won't buy again. I let you know the 1st time and special requested that my plants be packaged better this time.

Fabulous help on the chat line. The plant descriptions are thorough and have the right information for making an informed plant selection. From reading other reviews, I expect to experience the same level of service when I see my order on arrival.
