I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. I spent $15,000 and the insurance company required an itemized bill. I requested one in June. It is now October and after many attempts, they still have not sent one, although they said they would. Also, what they quote you is not necessarily what you would pay. I would strongly suggest you read the fine print, my amount doubled. And even after paying all that money, they can’t follow up on that simplest request. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself.

From start to finish the job went very smoothly. John was prompt in answering my questions and the installation team were polite and efficient. I would use Pipe Works again and highly recommend it.

Pipe Works just finished a 5-zone Mitsubishi ductless mini-split install in our three-story Tudor, and I can't say enough good things about the experience.

They showed up with a large, well-organized team (seven trucks!) and finished the whole job in two days. Given the age and layout of our house, that's impressive. The crew treated our property with respect the entire time and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Everyone had a great attitude, too.

Communication was excellent. The electrician walked me through exactly what he needed to do and why. The project manager explained how the outdoor line sets would be routed before any work began. When the install was finished, he gave us a clear "how to use your new system" walkthrough, so we felt confident using it from day one.

The contract stage took a few weeks. We went back and forth on the details, but Pipe Works worked with us patiently, and we ended up with an agreement we were both happy with. I'd much rather have that than a rushed deal.

I also ran my own Manual J load calculation on the house using Cool Calc and my iPhone's LiDAR scanner. It matched Pipe Works' load estimates, which gave me real confidence that the system was sized properly and not just upsold.

If you're considering a mini-split system, especially in an older home, I highly recommend Pipe Works.

Will promptly revised and clarified the quote provided last Friday on the following Monday morning. After signing the agreement, he showed up within an hour and efficiently/skillfully installed the 75-gallon Bradford White hot water heater, pressure expansion tank, upgraded 4-inch exhaust and ActiveFlo water conditioner within a few hours. He also advised to take advantage of the available discount coupons available from Pipe Works website.
