You did great getting the inner tube out to me on a timely manner but when I received the inner tube the needle valve was missing and there was no cap on the stem. I had to go out and get some needle valves and caps so I could go ahead and get the tire pump up and back on.

Gregory, I am sorry to hear that your tube did not have the proper valve parts intact. The tubes are prepackaged, therefore we dont typically open them to inspect and there is rarely this issue. That being said, I was unable to find any indication that were notified of this issue. Had we known, we would have immediately sent you a replacement as we stand by our rproducts 100%.
