I originally purchased three genuine Ozzi Outdoor Chairs and experienced an issue with one of them. I contacted Ozzi Gear with photos of the damage and received a reply the very same day. Their customer service was extremely helpful, and they offered to replace the chair under warranty without any hassle.

I’m very impressed with their professionalism and the excellent service I received throughout the process.

As a result, I’ve now ordered another three chairs, along with seat covers, for the family. The chairs are compact, comfortable and well made, making them ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities.

I would absolutely recommend Ozzi Chairs to others. For us, they are without a doubt the best choice when spending time outdoors, whether we’re out on a trip or watching the kids play football.

I highly recommend the team at Ozzi gear. I bought 1 of their chairs but found it uncomfortable. After emailing them they offered suggestions to correct the problem (.which worked) or they would refund if I still had a problem. Friendly response too

I ordered wrong size ground sheet immediately contacted Ozzi who within an hour had returned my email and rectified my order . Great service

Excellent all rounder chair. Compact, lightweight, comfortable.
Bit more expensive than other chairs but worth it for portability.
Used it whilst hiking, camping and abroad.

Whilst quite expensive, I’m delighted with these chairs - they feel quite sturdy and will hopefully last. We bought 2 to fit in our Kia PV5 passenger which we use for car camping. The Ozzi gear chairs easily stow in the void behind the back seats which means we’ve always got these chairs with us. Set up is easy enough after a bit of practice (they were really stiff the first time but easy now after only a few uses) Comfortable for a long sit and don’t cut in to the back of your thighs as many camp chairs do. Work for sitting up (to eat at a table), or relaxing.

Had seen these advertised and after reading the reviews decided to buy The Family Bundle as an Early Christmas present to ourselves. We take the Ozzi chairs to the beach or mountains but when we’re back at our caravan we like to relax on the Loungers which are really comfortable and give more back and neck support . Will have to decide which to take to festivals next year!
The ground sheets are a good addition too.
My order was split into 2 parcels so when I only received 1 I did worry but after a quick response from Customer Services I was reassured and given tracking number for other half !
Chairs are good quality and easy to carry.

Fantastic bit of gear. Went fishing and left it in the car, so it was in a pretty hot environment. Came back for lunch and everything was beautifully cold.

High quality chair... exactly what i was looking for. Not the cheapest camping chair around but you quickly realise why when you try it! And fast and reliable customer service to boot!!! I highly recommend!

Scam.I ordered two chairs online the basis of a 45-day no quibble refund. Tested one on arrival. It is uncomfortable. It was only ever assembled indoors. The second stayed in its packing. They are now refusing a return / refund, because they claim it was sold in a sale, and have small print to negate standard consumer rights.

Quality is good. View the fine print about returns. Many hoops to jump through & postage is not covered. You will be dealing with an AI bot site so be prepared for mixed messages.

Fab chairs. Good quality & sturdy. Easy to put up & take down. The carry bag clasp to the strap was Broken on one of the chairs. I emailed & got a reply straight away & a new one is being sent by out. Very good response & would recommend to buy these Ozzi chairs.

After purchasing the chairs in 2 different colours I decided to spend over £80 on 2 winter covers in the same colour as chairs ,after delayed dispatch they eventually arrived, when opened they were both black (green and red ordered and show on receipt), I contacted ozzi gear who confirmed the error was on their part and apologised but offered no replacement or refund as in their words they are very sorry but it was due to a problem with their website . The chairs are ok but the customer service reply was giving all the signs of a.i auto response
No gesture of good will , no replacement or refund offered.
Long delivery time.
There are on par and better chairs available with cheaper price and most importantly good customer service .

Update, in reply to your kind response, the issue for me was the fact that by your replies to my emails it was confirmed that they were advertised in colour options as shown on the order , your team confirmed there was an error on your part with the advertising on the website, I advised that I would not of ordered if they had not been advertised in the matching colours , no option offered other than to return at my expense when the error was yours.
In response to the have they been set up right the answer is yes as per the mutiple email videos sent after purchase ,and they are ok and i will keep as emergency spares, in my opinion they are no where near as good as 2 other chairs I have purchased from another supplier at a better price and only 3 day delivery which also came with matching foot stools.
P.s I did want to be really positive overall as I was happy to pay a higher price and was also happy to have a longer wait time , what i would not accept is poor after sales response to an error on your part of incorrect advertising which was misleading.

I was so impressed on the size and weight of the Ozzi Gear chair, so I had to order one. It’s the best thing I have bought in a long time. From the point of ordering to delivery was surprisingly quick considering I am in the UK. Although I am 65 and have arthritic hands, I was able to put the chair up with ease and now after several uses it is really easy.
I am tempting to order some more for Christmas presents.

My wife has bought 3 burgundy chairs which arrived this week. Very pleased with them thanks. 😊

Perfect for events and festivals

The chairs arrived on time and in good packaging. The chairs are light and easy to carry easy to set up and very comfortable to sit in. Used them on the beach today and they were great.
