The fuel card is ok at best …… should…
The fuel card is ok at best …… should have a card with SECURITY CHP and be able to use card for other business purchases ( tolls, oil change, car wash etc, ) THIS SWIPE IS FOR THE GOOFIES
And have the option for same day payment as does BASIC BLOCK, which I’m sure I’m moving to when this contract is up …… and not to mention the sign on factoring fee is only 2.5%

OTR is the best for factoring and fuel card program
I’ve been working with OTR for over 4 years. Their factoring is one of the best if not the best!! I also have the OTR fuel card which is easy to use and it saves me big time with their discounted fuel. Their in network fuel is most stations we use everyday. I highly recommend

Invoice validation is very week
I feel that less than minimum effort is made to validate invoices. I feel I have to call and intervene to often to see why the pay out is not happening. If I’m doing something wrong I should receive a call on the issue so that it could be fixed. If I was a customer that was strapped for cash, I would not be happy with the service.

If I could grade the departments…
If I could grade the departments separately I would but since it’s all inclusive I have to give you a single star starting with the worst part of the company, the FUEL DEPARTMENT. This department is horrible! Truly believe it should be completely revamped! I could elaborate on that but I’ll keep my opinions to myself.
As for the FACTORING DEPARTMENT, that’s the best thing since sliced bread! All I can say is that TEAM ELLIE, should be the example of how all teams should operate and treat their carriers.
